Flow journaling can help us tap into our intuition, provide clarity, and increase creativity and overall well-being. This practice includes a brief journal prompt designed for you to let your mind wander and flow to paper. The key is to write for the entire time and when you’re feeling stuck- start over with the provided journal prompt. You’ll have just under four minutes to answer the prompt, or keep going after the session is over, especially if you’re really in the flow! (Music: Chris Collins)

Greetings and welcome friends.

My name is Jesse and I am grateful you are here for 5-Minute Flow Journaling.

This 5-minute session is designed to provide space and prompts to support your journaling practice.

These flow journal prompts tap into your intuition and provide clarity,

Increase creativity,

And overall well-being.

Please grab your journal in a favorite writing utensil,

Open your notes up in your phone,

Or grab whatever tools you need to meaningfully engage in this practice.

Today we're going to consider joy.

Let's first start with an affirmation.

I will state it once and then we will repeat it twice together.

I will honor and relish in the joyful moments as simple as they may be.

Together twice.

I will honor and relish in the joyful moments as simple as they may be.

I will honor and relish in the joyful moments as simple as they may be.

Okay,

Let's get into our journal questions.

We will have 60 seconds for each question.

First question.

What activities bring me the deepest sense of joy?

What activities bring me the deepest sense of joy?

More seconds.

Next question.

What do I look forward to doing each day?

What do I look forward to doing each day?

Ten more seconds.

During what times of the day do I feel most joyful?

What am I doing at those times and who am I with?

During what times of the day do I feel most joyful?

What am I doing and who am I with?

Okay,

So that's time,

But please feel free to continue to journal beyond the time limit if you are still flowing.

Thank you again for joining me for 5-Minute Flow Journaling.

I am grateful for you.

Wishing you a magical,

Inspiring,

Wonder-filled day.

May your soul shine.
