
Rebirthing Breathwork Journey | 15-Minute Guided Session
This guided rebirthing breathwork session uses conscious connected breathing to release stored tension, regulate the nervous system, and support deep emotional healing and inner connection. Expect both activation and grounding as you clear stagnant energy and return to your body. Lie down in a safe, comfortable space with a pillow and blanket. No forcing—just breath, awareness, and allowing. Precautions: Not recommended if pregnant or with cardiovascular issues, high blood pressure, epilepsy, or severe anxiety/panic without medical approval. You may feel tingling—this is normal. Pause anytime and return to natural breathing if overwhelmed. Do not practice while driving. You are always in control. Breathe at your own pace. Love, Jenny
