Welcome to this moment,

A sacred space that you've chosen to honor yourself,

Where you can set aside everything and simply be.

This is your time,

Your sanctuary,

To reconnect with the care,

Love,

And support you so deeply deserve.

Today,

We are going to show ourselves love and pride through somatic movement,

Visualization,

And affirmations.

Each of these practices will help you gently reconnect with your body,

Mind,

And spirit,

Reminding you of the strength,

The resilience,

And the beauty within you.

Take a moment to notice your surroundings,

The gentle rise and fall of your breath,

And the natural rhythm of your body.

Feel the surface beneath you,

Steady and supportive,

Reminding you that you are safe,

You are held,

And you're exactly where you need to be right now.

As you settle in,

See any thoughts about what has happened today,

Or what might come tomorrow,

Float away,

No longer your burden to carry.

There is nothing you need to fix right now,

Nothing you need to figure out.

Instead,

Let this moment remind you of how far you've come,

How much you've overcome,

And the strength you hold within.

Right now,

It is just you,

And so worthy of pride.

You are here because you've chosen to care for yourself,

And that is something to celebrate.

Now bring your attention fully to this moment.

Take a deep breath in,

And as you exhale,

Let your shoulders soften.

Slowly raise your hands and gently place them around you.

Give yourself a small,

Comforting squeeze,

Like a hug from someone who sees every effort you've made,

Every challenge you've faced,

And knows just how much you've accomplished.

I want you to know how proud I am of you.

You've worked so hard,

You've carried so much,

You've done your very best,

Even on days when it felt like the best you could do was simply to keep going.

That was enough.

You are enough.

Now feel the warmth of your touch as a reminder of the care you deserve,

And the love you hold for your own existence.

Let yourself feel it deeply.

You've earned this moment of recognition.

Now let one hand move to your heart.

Feel the steady beat beneath your palm,

A rhythm that has been with you through every moment of your life.

This is your heart,

Your center,

A sign of your resilience and strength,

Your deep capacity to love.

Now whisper to yourself,

Silently or aloud,

I have done well,

I am worthy,

And I am so proud of myself.

Take a moment to reflect on just one thing you've done recently,

Big or small,

That makes you feel this pride.

Maybe it's showing up for someone you care about.

Maybe it's taking a brave step forward in your life.

Maybe it's simply being here now,

Choosing to honor yourself in this moment.

Whatever it is,

Let that pride settle in your heart like a warm glow.

If it feels right,

Either cup your hands around your face,

Cradling your cheeks gently,

Or hold them together like you're holding someone's hand.

Imagine this touch as a gesture of pure love and kindness,

A deep acknowledgment of how far you've come,

That this moment reminds you that you are seen and cherished,

Not just by yourself,

But by the universe around you.

You've faced so much,

And yet here you are,

Stronger,

Wiser,

More compassionate with yourself and others.
