Today we're going to do some tapping on relaxing into our own source of inspiration when we're feeling stuck.
Tapping can really help us with this because it helps us remove our focus from the sense of lack and hopelessness and reprograms our minds to remember that inspiration is always there.
So that's really hard to remember sometimes when we're feeling like we're stuck in a creative dry spell.
So we can shift these limiting beliefs and calm our nervous system.
We can reprogram our thought patterns and today I'm going to lead you through a quick tapping session that will help inspire and motivate you.
So get yourself comfy and start tapping straight away on the karate chop point which is the side of your hand.
It can be either hand doesn't matter.
I'm going to start with our setup statement.
So just repeat after me either out loud or in your head.
Out loud is best and it's best when you can hear the sound of your own voice affirming what you're saying.
Okay so tapping on your karate chop point.
Even though I sometimes struggle to find inspiration I deeply and completely accept myself.
Even though I feel as though I've lost my creative spark I deeply and completely honor myself.
Even though I feel stuck in a rut I deeply and completely love,
Honor and accept myself.
Okay so now go to your eyebrow just above your eyebrow point.
I feel stuck.
Side of your eye.
It's hard to get inspired sometimes.
Underneath your eye.
I don't know where to begin.
Under your nose.
I worry I'm not creative enough.
On your chin.
This creative block is frustrating.
Collarbone.
I feel pressure to come up with brilliant ideas.
Underarm.
It's okay to feel uninspired at times.
Top of your head.
I give myself permission to relax.
Eyebrow.
I am open to inspiration flowing to me.
Side of the eye.
Creative ideas are all around me.
Under the eye.
I trust that I can be inspired if I allow it.
Under the nose.
I have many seeds of inspiration within me.
Chin.
When I relax inspiration comes more easily.
Collarbone.
I look at the world with fresh eyes.
Underarm.
My creativity is awakening and reawakening.
Top of your head.
I am grateful for my imaginative mind.
Eyebrow.
I trust that inspiration will come to me.
Side of the eye.
I am open to seeing things in new ways.
Under your eye.
I invite creativity to flow through me.
Under your nose.
I have a unique creative perspective to offer.
On your chin.
I am grateful for my imagination.
Collarbone.
I allow myself to explore new creative possibilities.
Under your arm.
I am reconnecting with my inner artist.
Top of your head.
I am a conduit for inspired ideas.
Take a deep breath and tune into any insights or ideas or inspiration you feel bubbling up within you.
If you don't feel it you can go back through this process again or you can just relax and trust that you have access to an infinite well of creativity.
It will come into you.
Repeat this script as often as you want to stimulate your inspiration and overcome any mental blocks that you have.
Remember you are inherently creative.
You can connect with inspiration any time you need it.
Sometimes we just need to help ourselves.
Remember how to see it.
Okay,
Let me know how you get on.
All the creative best to you.
Have a lovely day.
