Kundalini Tantra meditation.
Letting the energy rise through the visualization of a lotus flower.
Of the Khanda opening at Sahasra.
Come sitting in your easy pose,
Siddhasana or Padmasana.
Close your eyes.
Add Kichari Mudra to the practice if you like.
Rolling of the tongue to enter the throat or if not enter the throat to the soft palate have pressure on the soft palate pressing your tongue upwards Come to an awareness of your joy in breathing.
Listen to the sound of your jaya breath.
As you let the breath relax.
Going up and down in a beautiful wave-like cadence.
Expanding,
Contracting and relaxing the whole body.
Visualize a lotus flower with a long stem extending downwards.
The ritual at your base,
At Uladhar chakra.
And at the top of your head.
Is a kanda,
A bud of a lotus flower.
The roots are white,
Transparent green.
And they spread out from the Muladhara Chakra.
The thin green lotus stem is in your spinal passage.
And the bud of the flower is at the top of your head at Sahasrara chakra.
At the bottom of the bud are a few light green immature petals.
The main petals of the flower are pink with fine red veins.
Visualize it in Chidakash.
In the dark space behind your closed eyes in the infinite space of your own consciousness.
And feel it in your body.
As you exhale,
Take your awareness to the root of the lotus at Muladhara.
Inhaling with Ujjayi Pranayam,
Allow your awareness to rise slowly through the center of the lotus stem within the spinal passage.
At the end of the inhalation,
You reach the closed bud at the top of the stem.
Exhale going down.
Back to the roots.
Anne Haley.
Your ascent will be like that of a caterpillar climbing up inside the thin stem.
Hold your awareness at Sahasrara.
With a breath retained inside.
Inside the lotus flower.
Exhale and descend down the stem.
Back to the roots.
Inhaling again all the way up.
Crawling like a caterpillar,
Retain the breath.
And you are inside the Khanda.
It will begin to open very slowly.
As the bud opens out into a beautiful lotus flower,
Seeing the yellow pollen-tipped stamens in its center.
Then it slowly closes again,
You descend down the spine,
Down the stem.
Again,
Breathing in.
And you end the bud in the khandu.
And it opens as you hold the breath.
And exhaling back down the spine.
As the khanda closes.
Once again.
You And inhaling,
Ascending up the spine.
Reaching Sahasrara,
The bud opens into a fully blossomed lotus flower.
And this time it remains sealed in its open state.
Slowly descend through the stem back to Muladhara.
Drifting down the wave of your Ujjayi exhalation.
Remain at Muladhar for a few seconds visualising the route spreading out in all directions.
And once again send the stem with a joy and elation.
And exhaling down the stem.
Repeat this a few more times.
After your next exhalation.
Move into a spaciousness where you just rest,
Rest into the expansion you've created.
The me was imagined.
Into being.
I became to believe that I was only this.
Now remember.
I am the love that created this creation.
So what created us all?
Awareness so through it.
Love remain.
I am not the story I imagined.
I am the love that imagined it.
The self was created in thoughts.
Held together by belief and softened back into love.
I forgot myself in form.
I found myself in love.
I am the love behind the one I thought I was.
Take the time to gently come out of meditation.
Bringing this awakening with you into creation.
May peace be with you.
