Relaxation to get you into sleep,
Realizing the vibration that expands infinitely within you.
Come to a very relaxed position lying down,
Either Shavasana or on your side.
Let the body become very comfortable.
Adjust any clothing,
Adjust your body and then close your eyes.
Feel the position of the body.
Allow yourself to become physically quiet.
Stop all physical movement and become motionless.
The body is quiet but under your control.
No movement of the toes,
Feet,
Legs.
There's no movement in the fingers or head.
No tightening of any muscles.
No stretching of the body.
Now take your awareness inside.
We are going to travel together through the body,
Investigating the physical body.
Allow your awareness to touch every joint,
Every muscle.
Start at the head.
Come to the head.
Feel the joints of the skull bone.
To the sides of the head,
The temples.
Feel them.
Move into the inner ears.
Jaw.
Lips.
Feel how the lips are softly touching each other.
Release all tension in the neck,
Collarbones,
Shoulders,
Upper arms,
Elbows.
Lower arms.
Wrists.
Palms of the hands.
Back of the hands.
And the fingers.
Feel the whole of your torso.
Pelvis.
Go down to the back of your kneecaps.
Feel the ligaments at the back of the knee.
Ankles.
Top of the feet.
Toes.
Relax the whole body.
Investigate if there's any tension.
And if there's any tension,
Loosen it.
If there's any tightness,
Release.
There is no physical movement.
Feel where the physical body is moving on its own,
Without any effort.
Notice which parts are moving.
Notice the movement and follow the movement.
Notice that all movement is due to the inhalation and exhalation.
Expansion and contraction.
Continue watching the spontaneous movement within the body.
Expanding and contracting.
Contracting.
The breathing is happening all the time with no effort.
Natural flowing in,
Flowing out.
There's even a more subtle movement from the breath and that's in the throat.
Take your awareness to the throat and notice the movement.
Notice a subtle depression as you inhale.
And a release as you exhale.
The breath flowing in and out.
Bring your attention to the nostrils.
Notice the breath flowing in and out spontaneously.
Notice the sensation at the nostrils.
Imagine two streams of air that you're breathing into the nostrils.
Coming into each nostril and forming an apex at the center of your forehead.
The two streams of energy converging at the center of your forehead.
And with the exhalation diverging again.
Observe the breath converging and diverging in the form of a triangle.
Now come to the left nostril and imagine that you are only breathing in the left nostril.
To the center of your forehead.
And out the right.
And then again imagine you're breathing in the right to the center of the forehead.
And out the left.
In the left.
In the right.
Out the left.
And so forth.
Creating alternate nostril breathing.
Seeing the shape of a triangle coming into the center of your forehead.
Continue with this breathing and imagine that when you breathe in the left that you're breathing that energy into the right side of your brain and the right side illuminates,
Becomes light.
Breathing out the right.
And then as you breathe into the right side,
The left side of the brain illuminates.
And you breathe out the left.
As you breathe in the left,
The right side illuminates.
Breathe out the right.
Breathe in the right and the left side of your brain illuminates.
Now your triangle has become a cross,
An X.
Energy going right through the third eye into the brain on opposite sides of the nostril.
And now you notice that the breath is the cause of all inner movement.
Even causing a palpitation in the central channel.
Come to the center of your forehead.
A movement in Brumadia between the two eyebrows.
Feel if you can feel a palpitation there.
As you breathe in,
Feel in the center of your forehead.
Become aware of all movements.
The movement caused by the breath.
Still breathing in and out through the nostrils.
From the expansion and contraction,
The big movement of the belly.
And the heart beating effortlessly.
The breath entering and awakening the center of your forehead.
Now even more subtle.
The whole body vibrating.
Each and every part of the body.
And all the energy in the body is moving.
Vibrating.
Feel this vibration.
Shift your attention,
Shift your awareness to notice it.
This vibration is present all the time.
Direct your awareness to the head and become aware of the head and nothing else.
Go inside the head and feel the vibration.
Feel the sensation of vibration in the whole of the head.
Now to the neck.
Shift your awareness to the neck.
And feel the vibration of energy moving through the neck.
Visualize it.
Move your mind deeply inside.
Investigate and feel.
Moving to the shoulders.
Visualize and feel the vibration,
The expansion in the shoulders.
To the right arm.
The left arm.
The whole of the back.
The chest.
The abdomen.
The right leg.
The left leg.
The whole body.
Be aware of the whole body vibrating.
Intensify your awareness of the vibration of the body.
The body is pure energy.
Vibrating internally.
Bring your attention now to the eyebrow center,
The space between your eyebrows.
Behind your closed eyes.
Observe the dark space in front of the closed eyes.
The eyes are completely relaxed.
And you are not concentrating too hard.
Observe the empty sky.
Observe the infinite black space.
Experience the space of consciousness.
Into the space extending beyond the realm of physical senses.
Experiencing the black sky of the infinite consciousness.
The spaciousness throughout your entire head.
The space between your eyebrows.
The space above your throat.
Below the top of your head.
And the space within the entire body.
Develop total awareness of this inner space.
This inner space is above you.
Below.
Below you.
Behind you.
There is nothing but the sensation of empty sky.
Experience the space of consciousness within.
Vibrating.
Feel yourself right in the center of your own being.
And you are in the center of the vibration.
In the center of the vast space.
Look all around.
Feel this vastness.
This vast,
Vibrating,
Pulsating universe.
Feel the emptiness.
Look deep into the emptiness.
And see that in this deep stillness is fullness.
Feel the emptiness.
Feel the fullness.
Develop the experience of inner silence.
Inner stillness.
Mental immobility.
Complete awareness of the inner state of silence and immobility.
Allow yourself to rest deeply now.
Rest deeply into the silence.
Rest deeply into the stillness.
Into the infinite vibration of the universe.
