Welcome to this meditation to take you into sleep.
It will guide you into the inner vibration and into the deep constant silence within the deep subconscious.
It yourself into a very relaxed position.
Take your time to adjust any clothing,
Adjust your physical posture.
Close the eyes and feel your physical position.
Allow physical quietness.
Stop all physical movement.
Become motionless.
There is no movement,
No movement of the toes,
Fingers,
Head or legs.
No tightening of any muscles.
There's no stretching in the body.
Allowing your awareness to move inside,
Inwards.
Investigate the whole physical body.
From within.
Follow with me through the body.
As we go through every joint,
Every muscle.
We start at the head.
Feel the joints of the skull bones.
And feel relaxation down into the temples.
Into the inner ear.
Jaw Lips The lips are softly touching.
Come down into the neck.
And feel the release of all tension in the neck.
Collarbones shoulders upper arms.
Elbow lower arms rests.
Palms of the hands.
Back of the hands.
And all the fingers.
Feel the whole of the torso.
And drop down into the hips.
Blow down the thighs and go into the back of the kneecaps.
Feel the ligaments at the back of the knee.
Blow down the lower legs into the ankles.
Top of the feet.
Soles of your feet.
And all the toes.
Relax the whole body.
The whole body.
The whole body.
Investigate for any tension.
And if there is,
Loosen it.
If there's any tightness,
Release.
Let there be no physical movement.
Notice where the physical body is moving but all on its own,
Without any effort.
Notice which parts are moving.
Follow the movement.
And you notice all the movement is due to the inhalation and exhalation.
The expansion and contraction of the breathing process.
Continue watching the expansion and contraction.
Happening all the time.
The natural breath flowing in and out.
There's even a more subtle movement from the breath that we can find in the throat.
Take your awareness to the throat.
And notice the movement.
There's a subtle depression as you inhale.
And a release as you exhale.
The breath flowing in and out.
Bring your awareness now to the nostrils.
And notice the breath flowing in and out spontaneously Notice any sensations at the nostrils Now imagine the two streams of air that you are breathing into the nostrils coming up to form an apex at the centre of your forehead.
The breath is the cause of all inner movement.
Even causing a palpitation in the central channel.
See if you can feel a palpitation,
A movement in Brumadia between the two eyebrows.
As you breathe in,
Deepen your awareness of the forehead.
Become aware of all movement.
The movement of the breath.
The inhalation.
The exhalation through the nostrils.
From the big movement of the belly.
To the gentle heart beating.
To the sensations at the nostrils.
To the palpitation in the center of your forehead.
And you notice even more subtly the whole body is vibrating.
Each and every part of the body.
All the energy in the body is moving.
This vibration is happening all the time.
We have just become aware of it now.
By shifting our awareness.
By shifting our perception.
Into the silence Bring your attention to the center of your forehead,
The eyebrow center.
Observe the dark space in front of the closed eyes.
The eyes are completely relaxed.
And your concentration is relaxed.
You are observing.
Observing the empty inner sky.
The infinite black space.
You are in the aspect of the mind which is perceiving.
Experiencing the space of consciousness,
The infinity in all directions.
The space that extends beyond the realm of physical senses.
The space located above your throat,
Below the top of your head.
The dark,
Heavenless space.
Of infinite consciousness.
The deep black sky.
Of eternity.
Spaciousness throughout your entire head.
Develop total awareness of this inner space.
It is above you.
Below you.
Behind you.
All around you There is nothing but the sensation.
Of this infinite sky.
Let your awareness drop into the space within the head,
The infinite landscape of consciousness.
And you're in the space.
The forehead forming the front wall,
The back of the head the back wall,
The sides of your head,
The side walls,
And the base of the brain,
The palate.
The floor.
The top of your head.
The ceiling.
And you're in this dark infinite space.
Completely enveloped.
In the space of consciousness.
As if you are in a completely dark,
Closed room.
No lights,
No doors or windows.
This expanded experience in the space of consciousness.
Imagine you are standing in the middle of the room.
And you look all around.
Take your awareness to the front of the room.
Behind the wall of the forehead.
Then slowly walk yourself towards the back wall.
To the back of the head.
From the back,
Observe the front.
Then come to the center of the head.
Visualize yourself standing right in the center.
And look all around.
Feel the vastness.
Experience the emptiness.
Develop the experience of inner space.
Inner silence.
Inner stillness.
There is mental immobility.
Complete awareness of the inner state of silence and immobility.
You now can completely rest.
Allow yourself to completely rest.
Into the inner state of silence.
You are held and enveloped.
In the state of mental immobility.
The physical body is resting in the stillness.
Allow yourself to dissolve into silence.
Rest deeply.
Rest deeply.
Into peace.
