Antarakash Dharana In Sanskrit,
The word antar means inner.
Antarakash is the inner space which forms the substrate for our own individual creation.
According to yogic thought and modern scientific thought as well,
The material universe of which we are all an integral part has two main aspects,
Macrocosmic and microcosmic.
All that exists within the byakash,
Within the dimensions of time,
Space and object,
Is part of the macrocosmos.
This is the world that we live in.
However,
Whatever exists without can also be found within.
The microcosmos exists inside,
Within the antarakash,
The inner space.
We are going to develop our perception of the antarakash,
The inner space,
Through which the inner world takes its subtle form.
In order to expand our consciousness,
The inner space must first be penetrated.
Then only can we begin to experience what is in the deeper dimension of our being.
Sit in a comfortable meditation posture.
Adjust your position so that you do not need to move any part of the body during the practice.
Observe the entire body and feel that right from the top of the head down to the tips of the toes,
The whole body is free of all tightness and tension.
Allow your mind to move through the different parts of the body.
Check in with each and every part of the body,
Each and every joint,
Each and every muscle and make sure that you are totally at ease physically.
Observe and relax your whole body internally.
