This is your space to pause, realign, and remember why this journey matters. Let it be a loving reminder that every step you take — no matter how small — is leading you somewhere beautiful.

Welcome to this weight loss meditation,

Visualizing your future self.

Take a moment to get comfortable,

Either lying down or sitting somewhere your body feels fully supported.

Let your eyes gently close and bring your attention to your breath.

At your own pace,

Take a few deep breaths.

Feel your nervous system begin to soften,

Settle and relax.

Let's go deeper into relaxation by gently bringing awareness to each area of your body.

Start with your feet.

Let them soften.

Let go of any tension.

Move your attention to your ankles,

Your calves and your knees.

Allow the muscles to soften.

Let your legs feel heavy and supported.

Now bring your awareness to your thighs,

Hips and pelvis.

Allow any tightness to release.

Let yourself fully settle into this space.

Now move your attention to your back,

Belly and chest.

Let the breath move gently through this space.

No effort,

No control,

Just soft,

Natural breathing.

Relax your shoulders,

Arms,

Hands and fingers.

Let them be heavy,

Still and at ease.

Bring your attention to your neck,

Jaw,

Cheeks and eyes.

Let your whole face soften.

And now the crown of your head.

Imagine a soft light there,

Calming,

Quiet,

Grounding.

Your entire body is relaxed,

Safe and present.

Now that you've arrived fully in your body,

Let's begin to visualize.

Picture yourself in the future,

A version of you who feels strong,

Light,

Confident and free.

You've achieved your goals.

You feel proud and deeply at home in your body.

Look at yourself with kindness.

Notice the clothes you're wearing and the way you walk,

The way you hold yourself.

The ease in your movement.

You are not hiding or shrinking.

You are fully here,

In your body,

In your power.

What size are you?

What kind of clothes are you drawn to?

Notice how they fit,

How they move with you.

How you feel in your skin,

Calm,

Connected and radiant.

Now take a deep breath and imagine looking at yourself in the mirror and to really see yourself as if you were seeing yourself for the first time.

You've worked for this,

You've healed for this and you are so proud,

Not just of how you look but how you feel,

Strong,

Energized,

Aligned and free.

Let that feeling expand in your chest,

Let it move through your whole body like a soft glow of pride,

Calm and self-love.

I'll give you a minute now to stay in this moment,

Just enjoying this feeling of achievement and deep self-connection.

Gently bring your awareness back to this moment,

Back to today and ask yourself softly,

What can I do today,

Just one small thing,

To bring me closer to this version of myself?

It might be a kind choice with food,

It might be resting,

It might be journaling your truth or taking a quiet walk,

Let it come to you with ease,

Whatever it is,

It matters because every small step taken with love brings you closer to the life you are creating.

At your own pace,

Take a few deep breaths,

Give gratitude to yourself for what you've already achieved,

For every step you've taken to get here and if you are just starting out I promise you,

You can do this,

You can become the version of yourself you hold in your mind and heart and whenever doubts arise,

Meet them with your own words of truth and reassurance.

I know I can do this,

I am capable,

I am becoming who I am meant to be.

Take a deep breath in and as you breathe out,

Gently bring movement back into your fingers,

Your toes,

Roll your shoulders and slowly when it feels right,

Open your eyes.
