Welcome beautiful soul,

Take a moment to get comfortable,

Either lying down or seated in a way that feels nourishing and fully supported.

Let your hands rest gently and if it feels right,

Close your eyes.

I invite you to begin to notice your breath,

No need to change it,

Just be with it.

With each inhale invite a sense of calm.

With each exhale soften into this space.

Let the outside world gently fall away.

Allow yourself to arrive here in this moment.

A space of kindness,

A space of love,

A space of deep honoring for the body you live in.

Now I invite you to bring gentle awareness to your feet.

Feel your feet resting softly,

Perhaps touching the ground or simply relaxed,

Supported by the surface beneath you.

Notice any sensation,

Warmth,

Tingling,

Stillness.

There's nothing to fix or force,

Just feel.

Allow your attention to move slowly up through your ankles and calves,

Giving thanks for the way they carry you forward.

Feel the steadiness,

The strength that lives there.

Bring awareness to your knees and thighs,

Strong,

Stable,

Supportive.

Offer them gratitude for every step,

Every movement,

Every moment they've held you.

Feel into your hips and pelvis,

The center of your grounding.

Breathe spaciousness and ease into this area.

Perhaps even offering silent thanks for how they allow you to sit,

Stand,

Move and rest.

Now draw your attention up through the spine,

A quiet strength that supports your every posture,

Your every breath.

Feel how your spine holds you upright with dignity and grace.

Move your awareness to your belly,

Let it soften,

Let it expand.

This is the center of your intuition,

Your nourishment,

Your emotional wisdom.

Take a breath here and thank your belly for all it processes,

All it protects.

Notice your chest and your heart space.

Feel your breath moving here,

The rise and fall.

Let yourself feel awe for the steady rhythm of your heart.

This is the home of your love,

Your compassion,

Your courage.

Now bring your attention to your shoulders,

Arms and hands.

Offering thanks for the way they reach,

Create,

Hold and connect.

Let them relax,

Resting in gratitude.

Move gently to your neck and jaw,

Releasing any tension you may be holding there.

Feel your throat,

The place of your voice.

Honor the words spoken and the truths held within.

Arrive at the crown of your head.

Breathe here,

Knowing you are held.

From your feet to your head,

This body is home.

You might place a hand gently on your heart or belly if it feels natural.

Just a quiet reminder of the connection you have with your own body.

Stay here for a few more breaths,

Allowing a sense of deep appreciation to wash through every cell of your being.

Now,

In this quiet,

Grounded space,

Begin to imagine a warm,

Radiant light.

Gently building within you.

It may begin in your heart,

Your belly or the crown of your head.

Wherever it starts is perfect for you.

This light represents your love for your body.

A love that isn't conditional,

But rooted in care,

Respect and awe for all it does for you.

With each breath,

This light expands,

Spilling into your chest,

Your limbs.

Your fingers and your toes.

It moves through every muscle,

Every organ,

Every cell.

Nourishing,

Healing and strengthening as it flows.

You feel deeply nourished,

Supported from within.

Now,

Imagine yourself standing somewhere beautiful,

Outdoors,

Expansive.

Maybe a beach,

A forest clearing,

A quiet mountaintop or sunlit garden.

This is your place of empowerment.

A place where your body feels free,

Loved and alive.

See yourself standing tall,

Feet steady,

Spine aligned.

Your chest open,

Your eyes clear.

You are strong here,

Grounded,

Radiant,

Confident.

You begin to move freely,

Joyfully.

You might walk,

Stretch,

Dance,

Run or simply breathe.

Feel how your body responds.

Not from pressure or punishment,

But from joy,

From self-trust,

From deep respect.

You move because it feels good.

You nourish your body because you love it.

You rest because it matters.

You speak kindly to yourself because you're worth it.

Stay in this scene for a few more breaths.

Let it infuse every part of you with peace,

Vitality and self-love.

You are home in your body,

Safe,

Empowered and whole.

Let this feeling sink in.

And now,

From this place of connection,

I invite you to gently welcome a few affirmations to seal this experience.

I honour my body and all that it does for me.

I choose to nourish myself with love,

Movement and care.

My body is strong,

Wise and worthy of deep respect.

I feel peaceful and at home in my skin.

Confidence flows through every part of me.

I trust myself,

I trust my body.

I am grateful for this vessel that carries me through my beautiful life.

I am enough,

Exactly as I am.

Allow these words to settle into your body.

You can return to them at any time.

They live inside you now.

Begin to bring your awareness gently back to the room.

Wiggle your fingers or toes if that feels good.
