Close your eyes and take a long steady breath in through your nose.
And exhale fully through your mouth.
Allow yourself to arrive right here,
Right now.
Roll your shoulders back,
Stretch your arms,
Your neck,
Anywhere in your body in a way that feels really good.
Wiggle your fingers and toes,
Feel your body waking up.
With each inhale of breath,
Fresh energy flows in.
With each exhale,
Any heaviness or residue from your sleep releases.
Let it melt away,
Leaving you lighter,
Clearer and more present.
You may wish to quietly affirm to yourself,
I am awake,
I am alive,
I am ready for today.
Now bring to mind your grand vision,
The bigger bolder life you are creating.
Or bring to mind your next chapter,
Or simply your next desire,
Something you are ready to welcome and experience now.
It may be something in your business or your career,
Such as new clients or fresh opportunities.
It could be a shift in your health,
A new experience in a relationship,

Imagine the door in front of you.
This door is the entryway to your grand vision,

Arrive fully inside this reality.
You're not looking at it from the outside,

Where are you?
Are you indoors in a light-filled room or outdoors in nature?

Notice the light.
Is it golden sun,

City lights or something else?
Notice the colors in your environment.
Are they vivid and bold or soft and calming?
What details stand out?
Maybe artwork,
Technology,
Nature or maybe a little bit of everything.
Maybe there are people around you.
Now,
I invite you to listen carefully.
What can you hear?
Are there voices,
Conversations,
Laughter,
Greetings,
Perhaps silence,
Still,
Grounding,
Peaceful?
Maybe there are sounds of nature,
Waves,
Wind,
Bird song or you can hear movement,
Footsteps,
Music,
The hum of a crowd.
Is there applause,
Congratulations,
A cheer in your honor or something else?
Take a moment and let the sounds surround you.
Now,
I invite you to notice what you can feel with your body.
What's the temperature of the air?
Warm sun,
Cool breeze,
Gentle indoor warmth.
What are your feet standing on?
Wood,
Sand,
Carpet,
Grass,
Stone or something else?
Are your hands touching or holding anything?
Paper,
A cup or a glass,
Someone's hand,
The tools of your work or are they simply resting open?
Notice how alive and present your body feels in this moment.
Can you taste anything?
Perhaps coffee,
Tea or water?
Maybe the salt of the air,
The sweetness of fruit or the richness of food shared with others or simply the freshness of your own breath.
What can you smell?
Maybe the aroma of coffee or food,
Flowers,
Salty air,
Fresh rain,
Clean laundry,
Wood,
Paper or even the subtle scent of someone nearby.
Allow the sense to root you in this place.
Now,
I invite you to notice how you feel standing here in this moment,
Living this reality.
Do you feel calm,
Joyful,
Proud,
Relieved,
Excited,
At peace,
Expansive,
Healthy,
Loved,
Confident,
Courageous,
Bold or something else?
However you feel,
Allow it to rise fully.
Let it settle deeply into your body as if every cell knows the truth of this moment.
Now,
Soften into gratitude.
Gratitude because you are here now.
Gratitude for what surrounds you,
For who you are in this moment,
For what you have created.
Gratitude for every step that brought you here.
Gratitude for the opportunities unfolding.

Let this gratitude expand,

Standing here inside your vision,

What qualities did I embody?

Which feelings carried me forward?
Allow the answers to rise up.
Notice the strength,

Imagine yourself walking back toward the door.
As you step back through it,
You bring all of this with you.
The qualities,
