Hello beautiful soul and thank you for joining me for this meditation,

Stepping into your next chapter.

I invite you now to take a moment and find a comfortable seated position.

Let your body settle.

Allow your shoulders to drop.

Your hands resting gently in your lap or one hand over your heart if that feels supportive.

And when you're ready,

Softly close your eyes.

I now invite you to begin noticing your breath.

Inhale gently through your nose and exhale slowly through your mouth.

There's no need to change or control your breath.

Simply let it arrive and leave.

With each breath feel your body becoming a little more present,

A little more at ease.

Now imagine roots extending from the base of your spine or from the soles of your feet.

See these roots gently moving down,

Down,

Down into the earth,

Anchoring you.

Steady,

Supported,

Grounded.

Breathe into that sense of stability.

You are safe here.

You are held.

Now bring one hand to your heart.

Feel the warmth beneath your palm.

Notice the gentle rise and fall of your chest.

With each breath invite in kindness,

Compassion,

Acceptance.

If your inner critic arises,

Simply thank it for trying to protect you and then soften it with words of encouragement.

I invite you to quietly repeat to yourself,

I am worthy of change.

I am capable and ready for what's next.

I carry wisdom,

Strength and courage within me.

Allow these words to sink into your heart like seeds planting themselves deep in fertile soil.

Now imagine before you a doorway.

This doorway leads to your next chapter.

A place where you have already stepped into the version of yourself you long to be.

I invite you to take a step toward the doorway and as you cross the threshold,

See yourself standing tall,

Confident and clear.

Notice how this version of you carries themselves.

How they move,

How they speak,

How they smile,

What energy surrounds them.

Take in the details of this vision.

What is different about this future you?

What is the same?

Spend a few moments really feeling into this image as though you are walking in their shoes.

This future is not separate from you.

They are you.

They exist within you now.

Now,

I invite you to bring that confident energy back into your body in this moment.

Feel it filling your chest,

Expanding into your arms and legs.

Reaching all the way into your fingertips and toes.

When you're ready,

Take a slow,

Steady breath in and a long,

Gentle breath out.

Offer yourself gratitude for showing up,

For choosing this moment of reflection,

For being open to what's possible.

Know that you can return to this doorway anytime.

It is always within you.

Now,

Begin to bring your awareness back to the room.

Back to your body.

Wiggle your fingers and toes.

Roll your shoulders gently.

And when you're ready,

Open your eyes.

Carrying with you the confidence,

The calm and the clarity of your next chapter.
