Welcome to this new moon meditation,
A time of new beginnings.
Please find a quiet place where you won't be disturbed,
Turning off or silence any distractions.
Find a comfortable position either seated or lying down and softly close down your eyes.
We will begin by relaxing the mind and the body by taking three deep cleansing breaths.
So wherever you are in your breath,
Taking a complete full exhale now all of the way out and taking a long slow deep inhale.
Feel as your stomach expands,
Your chest and shoulders rise and a complete full exhale,
Relaxing the mind and the body.
Taking another long slow deep inhale as your body expands and a complete full exhale,
Allowing any stress and tension to drift away.
Taking one more deep inhale and exhale here in your own time,
Completely relaxing the mind and the body and return back to your natural breath,
Breathing in and out of your nose or mouth naturally.
Taking your attention to the top of your head now,
As you begin to relax the top of your head,
Relaxing into your forehead,
Your eyebrows become heavy,
Relaxing the muscles around your eyes,
Relaxing your cheeks,
Your nose,
Your lips,
Unclenching your jaw and allowing your tongue to rest away from the roof of your mouth.
Continuing that relaxation down into your neck,
Your chest and your shoulders,
Your upper arms,
Lower arms,
Your hands and your fingers,
Relaxing your upper back,
Your middle back and your lower back,
Softening your stomach,
Allowing it to rest and be heavy and natural.
As you gently breathe in and out,
Continuing that relaxation down into your hips,
Your upper legs,
Your lower legs,
Your feet and your toes.
As you are now completely relaxed and grounded,
Ready for this meditation,
You can take your attention back to your breath now,
As you breathe in and out naturally.
And as you breathe in and out naturally,
Following the breath as it enters your body and down into your heart space at the centre of your chest,
Your physical heart,
Your energetic heart,
The seat of your soul and breathing back out again.
You are welcome to just feel the breath as it moves in and out.
You are also welcome to visualise any colours,
Any sights,
As you breathe in and out of your heart space,
Opening your heart to all of the possibilities.
Connecting to your soul,
Your spirit,
To the universal energies and connecting to the powerful energies of the new moon.
And as you continue to breathe in and out of your heart space here,
Connecting to your soul,
Opening your heart and connecting to the powerful energies of the new moon,
Which is a time of new beginnings,
A time of fresh starts,
A time to plant seeds,
A time to water and nourish these seeds to grow,
To flourish and blossom into all that you desire,
Into all the limitless possibilities.
As you continue to breathe in and out of your heart space here,
Your beautiful heart,
Open and connected,
What does your heart desire?
What does your soul desire?
What do you want to see flourish and blossom over this next moon cycle?
Now is the time to bring that forward.
I invite you to bring it to your mind now or to your heart.
You can say the word or words,
You can visualise what it is,
What it looks like,
What the environment is like,
Who is there with you if there is anyone.
I invite you to feel,
To sense what it is that you wish to see,
What it is that your heart and soul desires.
What does it look like?
What does it feel like?
Does it have colours,
Shapes,
Sounds,
Smells?
Is it for yourself?
Is it for others?
I invite you to really feel into this now.
Really connect with this space.
This is a time to plant the seeds,
A time to nourish and water.
What does your heart and soul desire?
What do you see you want to be birthed?
What do you want to bring to life?
And as you connect with your heart and soul's desire,
As you plant these seeds and water and nourish them,
How will this look?
How will it feel?
How will it be?
What differences or changes will there be in your life,
In your environment,
Internal or external?
Does it make you smile?
Does it make you laugh?
Does it bring you joy,
Happiness,
Peace?
Does it bring peace,
Joy and happiness to those around you?
Keep watering,
Keep nourishing these seeds that you are now planting.
You are birthing something new in the powerful energies of the new moon.
These powerful energies are now in motion.
You are birthing something new.
You are birthing something great.
Remember to smile,
Remember to love.
As you have now planted these seeds and nourished them over this next moon cycle,
It is time for action.
To make the right movements,
The right choices,
Moving in a positive,
Harmonious way.
To ensure that these seeds that you have planted flourish and blossom into all that you desire,
Into all that you deserve.
Just bringing your attention back to your breath as it enters and leaves your body.
Beginning to come back to yourself now,
Back to your home.
You can begin to feel the ground beneath you,
The cloves against your skin.
Listening to the sounds that are around you,
Slowly getting a sense of your surroundings.
Keeping your eyes closed for the moment,
As you slowly begin to wake the body,
You can begin to move your hands,
Your wrists,
Your ankles,
Your toes,
Your fingers.
Stretching out in any way that serves you,
Making any sighs or yawns or noises that you wish.
Just slowly waking the body here,
And when you are ready you can begin to open your eyes.
