Welcome to the second new moon in Aries meditation with me,
Jamie.
This second new moon gives us a chance to revisit areas which we may not have discovered in the first new moon and in this past month we may have discovered things about ourselves which we want to let go of.
This is all about reclaiming our own personal power,
About reclaiming our true selves,
And about reclaiming the presence and the wisdom that we hold within each of us.
When we act from these places of wisdom and presence as the divine beings that we are,
Our unique potential can be unlocked.
Often fear,
Anxiety,
Pain hold us back from truly becoming,
Truly showing up,
Sharing our gifts and connecting with the ones around us.
I've collected pine cones to burn away in the fire.
As you hear this in the background,
As I sit by the fire,
The ocean comes and cleanses.
So just closing your eyes,
Taking a nice deep breath in through the nose,
Through the mouth,
Just relaxing into where you're sitting,
Feeling your legs get heavy,
Eyes get heavy,
Your shoulders get heavy,
Connecting to that breath running in and out the back of your throat,
Just deepening the breath into that belly space,
And just really committing now to let go,
Listening to the fire,
Listening to the pine cones being thrown in,
Imagining these pine cones as areas or parts of ourselves which no longer serve us.
So as we begin to breathe deeply,
Just allowing a certain feeling or part of our personality which has been exposed in the fire,
Which has been exposed in the past month,
Come to surface in whatever form of image or feeling or word,
What is this main part of ourselves which holds us back?
Just connecting with the fact we don't want to act in this way anymore,
Don't want to show up like this,
It isn't helping us.
What is it that you truly want to let go of?
Just holding it nice and clearly and breathing into it,
And as we breathe out just feel like you're blowing it into the fire,
The shoulders to soften,
Allowing the face to relax.
Breathe nice and deeply into this,
Deeply into this,
Breathe in,
Almost breathing in the opposite thing of what we're letting go of.
So we're feeling ourself fill with that positive energy,
Releasing into the fire the unhelpful energy,
And it's gone.
Clearing the mind of everything now,
Clear the mind for your divine self,
Breathing into your third eye,
You are the silent watcher of all thoughts,
Nothing really can go wrong when you're connected to your divine wisdom,
As everything unfolds as it should,
Breathing nice and deeply,
Feeling the fire just burn away,
Burn away,
And I think it's helpful to tap into another thing that we can release.
I'm sure there's another part of ourselves which has been unhelpful in the past month,
In our relationships,
In our work,
Really coming up with an image,
A word,
Or just a feeling,
What has been holding you back,
Maybe seeing in a visualization just how that's shown up,
How is it played out in some situations in the past month where you've been trying to expand yourself and just have felt that limitation.
Once you have the word,
The image,
The feeling,
Again just bringing some nice deep breaths in through the nose,
And just imagining blowing it into the fire,
Giving the fire that unwanted energy,
Nice and long exhales,
Pushing,
Keep releasing from deep within,
Feeding,
Visualizing,
Getting clear on what it is you're releasing,
Relaxing the shoulders,
Relaxing the face,
Relax the belly,
And just seeing if the body's feeling lighter,
Keep working at it,
And once you've done enough,
Just let go of your mind,
Let go of the words,
Let go of the visualizations,
Come to the tranquility and peace in the present moment,
Where we are here now.
This is the reality right here.
You only ever have this moment,
The present moment,
Both the past and the present and the future.
We release the past and the future,
Be present.
And with this last chance of the new moon in Aries,
What is it we really want to call in?
What energy is really going to help us to go forward this year through all the next new moons?
This is not a new thing we possess.
We have this already.
We know this is our potential,
But it doesn't shine as bright when we don't believe in ourselves.
So what is the truest part of yourself which you're not fully expressing,
Which you know is powerful,
Which part of your personality can shine bright?
And maybe just visualizing yourself right now and just seeing what happens when you become more of this thing,
Seeing what your face looks like,
Seeing what you're doing,
And also seeing how you affect others in a positive way.
What is this gift that you have which you're not sharing?
You can always share more.
And once this gets a little bit clearer,
Just finding that word,
Finding that affirmation.
And as you breathe in,
Just feeling it come deep into the body,
Deep into the belly,
Deep into the soul,
To the heart.
Just saying that thing what you are more of and just feel the feeling in your body,
Allowing it to fill the heart space,
The space of the belly.
Again,
Relaxing the shoulders,
Relaxing the face,
Breathing in nice and deeply.
And if you can,
Just feeling it fill your arms and legs,
Feeling your light increase,
Your energy,
Frequency,
Vibration,
Raising,
Radiating out this quality for the world to see with confidence.
And as we breathe in,
As we breathe in,
We're pulling in the energy from the universe,
The prana,
The life force,
Filling our body so we can radiate.
Just feeling it fill our heads all the way up to the top,
Filling the eyes,
The ears,
The mouth,
From head to toe.
And again,
Can you radiate more?
Can you see yourself shining,
Feeling the energy increase?
So it's not just inside your body,
But now coming out through the skin,
Radiating for all to see with no embarrassment or shame.
Checking in with our face and the facial muscles,
Calm,
A slight smile in our face,
Softness in the eyes.
We are strong,
We are relaxed,
We are calm,
We are here,
We are showing up in our fullness.
And I want to finish on three alms and the alms to resonate all of this into our body very deeply and shake away any last energy which we want to release.
So taking a nice deep breath in through our nose,
Just a few moments of silence before we finish.
Sit in your presence,
You are divine,
Your stillness and your whole.
