Now let's begin with a breathing exercise.
Let's take a deep breath in through our nose for 4 counts.
Hold it for 4 counts.
Then exhale through our mouths with a deep sigh.

One more time.
Breathe.

Now practice this on your own for a few moments.

Let the sounds wash over you.
