Hello everybody,

Thank you for tuning in today.

It's night now and I want to present you another meditation that is suitable for a restful sleep.

So this meditation is made for calming down after a busy day,

Where you had a lot of impressions and a lot to think about and really changes,

So if you really felt like it was a lot today but you had to take in through your mind and through your body and through your senses and this meditation shall be right for you to get down.

To get down and really relax your body and your nervous system before sleep.

So I invite you now to take a few deep breaths through your nose and out through your mouth and again through your nose and out through your mouth and again in through the nose and out through the mouth.

Do it as often as you need before you,

Till you feel really calm and relaxed.

Just let everything out which you don't need with every exhale.

And now slowly move your body,

Do some stretches.

You're in a seated position right now with your spine spine straight but you can now move a little bit your body.

Now do every movement your body needs while you're in a seated position and always breathe out through the mouth.

Now you want to shake a little bit everything out from the day and release.

Release every tension,

Every part of your muscles and go really deep into your body.

Like really relax from the outside to the inside till nothing is left,

Till everything is released.

It can be released right now.

So make every sound you need,

Maybe roll your shoulders back and forth.

If you want you can pause the tape now and do more movements or whatever you need or you stay with me.

Now for the sterile part of this meditation.

So I invite you now to lay down flat on your back with your feet right well apart from each other and your arms next to the body with your inner hands facing up to the ceiling.

In case you want to be still be seated it's also fine but you know your body better than what you need.

So right now if you really need like really restful sleep right now and do that if you want to stay awake for the meditation and take seated position.

So if you're in a seated position I will guide you through that.

So really straighten your spine from the hips to crown of your head and then move a little bit your head like really small till it feels right and really soft and easy to be there and your upper body see a little bit where it needs to be adjusted over the hips and then everything calm down calm down to the point where the body needs to be right now with every exhale you get deeper and deeper into yourself you're continuing breathing through your nose in case you need still to breathe out of it through your mouth and do that to really release everything come down and down and down relax your feet,

Your legs your hips and breathe in just relax relax your lower back and your belly relax your upper back,

The chest,

Your arms and hands your throat and neck head feels relaxed and everything what doesn't need to be here can be released right now out of your head,

Out of your brain there you go,

That deep into relaxation if you really can find rest and if you think you are there you need to be a little bit deeper really let yourself fall down into the deep relaxation that much deep relaxation as you never had before in life but right at that point,

That state of relaxation what you need what your body and brain and mind is craving for the whole time in this frenetic world everything is really fast now let your attention just rest in the moment in the moment of relaxation fall back quiet and calm your mind accept everything what is arising,

Doesn't want to leave you right now observe it,

Observe where you thought was coming,

Let it be there you don't think,

You just let it pass and the thought is over,

You pass this and there's no thought,

Right,

Observe that I want you now to rest on your breath for the moment breathe in through your nose and breathe out through your nose and stay here,

Maybe you can get a sensation of bliss just in the sensation of recognising and putting your awareness in the breath maybe not,

But you know you are alive and the breath is connecting you with everything what it is,

What is in this world it's an anchor for focus,

Clarity you can soothe your nervous system,

You can soothe your soul the breath is there with you and it's there for you be gentle with yourself and the breath maybe your breath is that silent that you can't even hear it something attends right now,

Let it release with every out breath with a posture still you can really relax,

You can really relax with your breath relax the tension on the front of your face,

If there's any on your neck every tension that comes to you,

Let it release with the out breath and now just rest the attention on your breath through the nose notice the difference in temperature while you breathe in and out now you can recognise if the breath is continuously flowing or sometimes there's a small pause just recognise what is there and if you're practising that more often maybe you sense differences in every day and every time you are practising putting your awareness on your breath through the nose so in this space everything is welcome to appear,

You don't need to push anything away,

Every thought,

Every move,

Every yeah,

Sometimes movement and pause was coming,

It's welcome here every feeling is welcome look really deep into the feelings that are arising and see how they pass after some time see how the feelings are connected to the body to the different parts of the body,

Always passing through at the same moment with your breath notice also how you can be aware without putting a name to it you can also just watch without fraiding it there you get really deep into the non-judging mode and world everything becomes one,

Connected there is no right and wrong,

Where everything is just as it is you can sense that,

You can have a really big feeling of that right now,

A sensation and there we are with it right now,

It's all welcome,

It's all right just let yourself be as you are without judgement,

Don't worry everything can be there,

Nothing where you have to hide for yourself there's pain,

Stay with the pain,

Connect it to your breath,

Recognize it,

Give it maybe a hug say,

Hey,

Ok,

There's pain,

Great,

Is there something else,

Ah,

Ok,

Great everything,

Really everything is welcome just observe,

You are creating your own safe space while you are in meditation there's a space where everything can come up,

Be released and felt how it needs to be felt in this moment,

In this present moment and it's a really important time for yourself,

For the real self to have this moment,

To express you don't need to suppress anything here,

It'll be here it'll be here,

If you can,

In a still position maybe you can sense colours,

Maybe you see something,

Maybe you hear something,

Maybe you're distracted,

Maybe you're already fall asleep wherever you are right now,

It's great it's great that you took the time of being here,

With yourself,

In this present moment a moment,

A moment,

Here a moment,

A moment,

Just recognizing what is here maybe you can get to a place where everything is well because everything is well,

Just as be there there's no judgement,

Everything is welcome,

Everything can exist at the same time maybe you can sense that,

Maybe not,

Just find out for yourself stay with your attention,

Let your nose,

Inhale through the nose,

Exhale through the nose spine straight with a still posture,

You're getting deeper,

Deeper,

Deeper maybe you can now connect to your true self just feel it,

Come back home where you belong,

Home,

Where you belong,

And always belonged,

And always will belong to that space,

Everything is fine,

As it is the future is important,

The past,

Just this present moment connected to your breath the breath is a powerful tool that keeps your body alive it nourishes you and with your breath you can travel through your true self it can protect you,

Its anchor if you're deep trance,

You can use your breath to connect to yourself to this body,

To this thought but it can also lead you to other areas the breath has the potential to connect you to the whole universe all at the same time with the breath you can travel through time and space and stay in the moment stay with the breath through the nose relax,

Deep and deep relax,

Look down I want you now to imagine bright light in case it's a different color you feel like wanting to visualize,

Then take this color whatever color you took maybe it's a bright light I want you to scan the whole body from the top of the crown down slowly,

Slowly,

Slowly down to your feet down to your knees so slow,

With the light you're cleaning every part of your body and nurturing every part of your body with what it needs right now scan your body from the crown of your head to the toes of your feet slowly,

Slowly,

Scan your body hmm,

Where you feel more tension,

Put more light in you can increase the brightness of the light,

The imagination crown to face and sense every part of the body while this bright color is being scanned through the body let the healing be there for you and your body if you feel the need to scan again,

Then do that again from the crown,

The color you need,

Maybe you have to change colors,

Maybe you stay with the bright light whatever feels right,

Right now,

Do that,

Scan your body from the crown of your head,

To the toes of your feet slowly,

Scan the body,

Every part of your body nurture your body with what it needs,

Let it get out what doesn't what isn't helpful for the body now hmm,

Deep into trance state maybe you're already sleeping let healing take place every moment,

Every moment has the potential for healing for resting,

For change hmm,

If you're finished with the body scan take your awareness to the crown,

To the point between the eyebrows and rest your attention where it's there maybe you're slightly rolling your eyes up,

While having them closed to this point hmm,

At the same time,

While you're putting your attention there let your body stay relaxed hmm,

Then let yourself open for a message,

What you need to receive for getting deeper into the healing mode something what your true self is craving for and what just you can give to for getting deeper into connection hmm,

Can be just a word,

A song,

A phrase maybe a picture hmm,

Get really deep into that and connect yourself with that message,

If you got one and if not,

Just stay there let the center of your eye rise and just be there with what comes up in that present moment hmm,

And this sensation go to the top of your crown and feel it up and here,

Visualize whatever color comes up for you,

With an open crown connected there with everything go into that state and feel connection and every sensation is welcome,

Every tingling,

Whatever is welcome,

Every itching,

Whatever is coming up for you right now this,

Right as it is,

In this present moment and stay here for a couple of breaths in the crown of your head and then go to your heart center and rest your attention here and visualize also the color of what is coming up right now for you there is no color,

Just sense that there is no right or wrong,

There is just what is sense your heart center now and go really really really really deep and connect yourself right now to your purpose on earth and see how it is connected to the intention if you got some from your eyebrow center and connect those to purpose,

Intention and be that the motor of your motivation for the next states intention combined purpose stay in your heart center and widen it up,

Widen the sensation widen it until you feel the heart center also outside of the body and see how far you can reach extend it as far as you just can connecting others,

Connecting the world changing the world with you steps of action you are taking right from the wisdom of your heart see how it influences the world,

Every step you take as we are all interconnected and now maybe you can feel the sensation of unconditional love for everything rest in love for yourself and for others for yourself and for everything what is right now for you for every cell in this planet and in the universe be connected,

Be the beingness feel that it is there,

Right in your heart center giving you energy for healing yourself in parts of the world now be there,

Everything is fine,

Everything is welcome recognize see the connection to your true self slowly deepening breath maybe finding self in sleep right now or just rest drifting into sleep maybe you just want to grab a glass of water or whatever you need to do before sleeping take some deep breaths in through your nose and out through your nose maybe you want to write some things down maybe what you felt,

What you recognized,

What is valuable for you for you,

Maybe for others I hope you could get a little bit more in touch with your true inner being I wish you a wonderful night get some good rest,
