This meditation is brought to you by Indigo Alchemy,

Where meditation becomes simple,

Supportive and real.

Each guided practice is designed for those who are new to meditation or finding their way back.

No prior experience or perfection is required.

You will be gently guided to slow your breath,

Settle your thoughts and reconnect with yourself,

Your inner wisdom.

Through short,

Steady practices,

You'll discover that stillness isn't about escaping life.

It's about finding peace within it.

Welcome to this meditation,

Rising Above Fear.

I'm Marianne,

And I will be your inner wisdom guide.

In this meditation,

We will name it,

Find it,

Clear it,

And replace it with positive affirmations.

Let's begin.

Find a comfortable position,

Either seated or lying down.

Gently close your eyes,

And if that's not comfortable for you,

Simply focus your eyes on an object nearby.

Begin to bring your attention inward.

Take a deep breath in through your nose,

And slowly exhale through your mouth.

Again,

Inhale deeply,

Filling your lungs completely,

And exhale,

Letting go of tension.

One last time,

Inhale peace,

And exhale anything that is not serving you.

Feel the support beneath you.

Let your body become heavy,

Rooted.

Imagine the crown of your head rising tall like the top of a tree,

Or your feet or your seat are firmly planted like deep roots into the earth.

Now bring awareness to your breath,

Not trying to change it,

Just noticing.

Each inhale brings presence.

Each exhale brings softness.

Feel your mind quieting,

Your body relaxing,

Your spirit becoming still.

You are here.

You are grounded.

You are safe.

First,

We will name it.

Gently bring to mind the intention of this meditation,

To notice and release a fear that may be standing in the way of your well-being.

Ask yourself gently,

Without judgment,

What am I afraid of right now that is keeping me small or stuck?

It might be fear of failure,

Fear of being seen,

Fear of change,

Fear of not being enough,

Fear of losing control.

Let the first fear that arises come forward.

Don't resist it.

Just observe.

Say to yourself,

I see you.

I acknowledge you.

This fear is not your enemy.

It's a part of you that once tried to protect you.

But now,

It may be ready to be released.

Now that you have named the fear,

We'll find it.

Turn your attention to your body.

Ask yourself,

Where do I feel this fear in my body?

It might be a tightness in your chest,

A knot in your stomach,

A lump in your throat,

A tension in your jaw,

A heaviness in your shoulders.

Go to that place now with your awareness.

Breathe into it gently.

No need to change anything.

Just be present with it.

Feel it.

Witness it.

Don't rush it away.

Say silently,

I am with you.

I am listening.

Sometimes,

Simply giving space to our fear allows it to soften.

Next,

We will clear it.

Visualize your breath flowing into the place where your fear resides.

In every inhale,

Imagine you are bringing in light.

Soft,

Warm,

Golden light.

With every exhale,

Release a little bit of the fear.

Let it dissolve.

Let it unwind.

Inhale light.

Exhale fear.

Inhale peace.

Exhale resistance.

As you continue to breathe,

Imagine this light filling the space where fear once lived.

It is no longer needed.

It can be released with love.

When you feel ready,

Gently say to yourself,

I now release this fear.

It has served its purpose,

And it is time to let go.

Breathe deeply as you let it go.

Lastly,

We will replace it.

In the space that has been cleared,

We'll close with positive affirmations.

I'll say them three times.

The first repetition introduces the idea.

The second helps it sink in and register as meaningful.

The third creates emotional resonance,

A feeling of truth or embodiment.

Repeat these affirmations silently to yourself or aloud.

I am safe in my body.

I trust myself to grow and evolve.

I release fear and welcome peace.

I am home.

I am grounded.

I am free.

I choose love over fear.

I move forward with clarity and courage.

Second set.

I am safe in my body.

I trust myself to grow and evolve.

I release fear and welcome peace.

I am home.

I am grounded.

I am free.

I choose love over fear.

I move forward with clarity and courage.

Third set.

I am safe in my body.

I trust myself to grow and evolve.

I release fear and welcome peace.

I am home.

I am grounded.

I am free.

I choose love over fear.

I move forward with clarity and courage.

Take one final deep breath in and long breath out.

Gently wiggle your toes,

Hold your fingers,

Bring your awareness back to your body.

When you feel ready,

You can open your eyes or lift your gaze.

Carry this lightness with you.

The fear is no longer in charge.

You are.

May your light shine and your inner wisdom be with you this day and every day.

Namaste.
