Silence meditation.
You can do this meditation either sitting in an upright and comfortable position or laying on your back.
Take your position now.
Wherever you are,
Feel the contact to the ground or the earth which is holding you and feel the connection to the sky which allows you to grow.
If you feel comfortable close your eyes and by closing the eyes allowing yourself to take the gaze inward.
In this meditation we will focus on the outer silence to create inner silence.
If you pay attention to the outer silence you create inner silence.
The mind becomes quiet.
The portal opens.

Bring your awareness,
Your full awareness now to your surroundings,
To the sounds you're hearing and imagine you can turn these sounds more and more quiet like as if you are turning a radio down and then we will sit a few minutes here in complete silence.
If your mind starts to wonder if thoughts are coming up try to focus on your breathing or on the points which are connecting to the earth to ground yourself.
The moment,
The minutes of silence start now.
Very slowly bring your awareness back to your body,
To your surroundings.
Realize the sounds you're hearing now.
Observing your body,
Your mind,
Your soul.
If there are any changes and then you're taking everything which was valuable for you in your practice,
In your meditation.
You take that with you when you slowly start to open your eyes and come back into your daily life with newly gained clarity and focus.
