Wave power.

Come to standing.

Make sure your feet are hip-distance apart,

The toes are pointing straight forward.

You can softly bend your knees,

The arms are alongside the body,

The top of the head is reaching up towards the sky.

With the next inhalation let's roll the shoulders all the way up towards the ears and then exhalation softly let them drop down.

Do more like this.

Inhalation we're rolling the shoulders all the way up towards the ears and with the exhalation softly the shoulders go backwards and downwards.

One more big inhalation rolling the shoulders up and then exhalation let them drop down,

Sink down towards the ground.

If you feel comfortable close your eyes and by closing the eyes allowing yourself to look inwards.

Just observe how you're standing here right now in this moment,

How your feet are firmly anchored in the ground in the earth,

How your legs are strong,

Pelvis strong,

Your abdominals may be slightly activated,

The shoulders are softly sinking down to the ground,

The top of the head reaching up toward the sky.

Feel how you're standing here anchored in the earth and growing towards the sky and just observe how is your body feeling,

Which thoughts,

Emotion might still be present in this moment.

See what there is and accept it.

Okay and then slowly you might want to open your eyes and bend your knees.

Now bend your knees and make little movements up and down with your knees so that you start shaking your body.

So you start shaking your body from your knees,

From your legs and then softly these movements become bigger and bigger so you really also feel how your hips are shaking,

Your pelvis maybe a little bit from side to side.

Then integrate the middle part of the back,

The upper back,

Maybe the arms,

Shake out the hands,

The fingers,

The wrists,

The elbows and let this movement become bigger and bigger.

So really feel how you're now shaking everything out.

Maybe you imagine or see these big waves coming in and imagine how this wave also goes now through your body by shaking everything out like the water moves through you,

The energy moves through you and you just shake,

Shake,

Shake.

Just give it a little bit more energy,

Feel how your body is heating up,

Maybe you feel changes in your breath and you keep shaking,

Shaking,

Shaking,

Shaking a little bit longer.

Now imagine everything which is no longer serving you.

Imagine how you can just shake it off.

So give it all your intention,

Your energy and shake it off.

What is not longer serving you,

You just shake it,

Shake it,

Shake it,

Shake it,

Shake it.

Shake it a little bit more like five,

Four,

Three,

Just shake it off,

Off,

Off,

Two,

One and then let's make this shakes like smaller and smaller and then completely stop the shaking.

Maybe you want to close your eyes again,

Maybe your body moves still softly from side to side,

Feel your breathing,

You imagine you're like a seagrass right now in the sea.

You're still softly moving but mainly the energy is moving inside of you,

Inside your body.

Maybe you can also imagine how this waves you've created by yourself,

How they helped you to shake off whatever's not longer serving you and how they helped you to let settle what is serving you.

Let these things now settle down inside of you here.

Let's take another deep breath together,

Deep inhalations through the nose and releasing,

Relaxing exhale through the mouth.

Softly open your eyes and go back into your daily life with the new gained power and lightness.
