This meditation is the first step of a 7-day journey. If you’re moving through a difficult transition, this 7-day journey will help you create mental and emotional space so you can respond more intentionally to the challenges you’re facing and choose thoughts and actions that are in your long-term best interest. On the first six days of the journey, a meditation of approximately 10 minutes will help you focus on releasing disempowering or overwhelming feelings and replacing them with a more empowering mindset. In the process, both your mind and body will become better regulated, enabling more physical ease and mental clarity. The meditation on the seventh day is designed to help you integrate and internalize the changes you've made over the course of the journey.
