This is the fourth day of your 7-day meditation journey. If you’re moving through a difficult transition, this 7-day journey will help you create mental clarity and emotional calm so you can respond more intentionally to the challenges you’re facing and choose thoughts and actions that are in your long-term best interest. Today we will focus on another aspect of the mind-body connection in order to move into a more empowered state. We’ll examine how our self-talk affects our physical body and how physical aspects, such as posture and energy, affect our thoughts. Then we’ll use our breath to move back into a natural state of calm, relaxed confidence.
