To make lasting changes does take time,

But sometimes we're running short on time,

And we need a quick reset.

If you only have a few minutes,

And you find that you benefit greatly from affirmation guided meditations,

This might be perfect for you.

Let's start by taking a couple of deep,

Cleansing breaths.

Even deeper this time,

Hold at the top,

And exhale.

Keep breathing deeply now,

Letting your body relax a little bit more.

Remember with every exhale,

As I walk you through these affirmations.

I am safe in this moment.

My breath brings calm to my body.

Each exhale helps me release tension.

I allow my shoulders to soften and relax.

It's okay for me to slow down right now.

I don't need to solve everything at once.

My body knows how to relax,

And I give it permission to do so now.

I can let my thoughts pass without holding on to them.

I am present here and now.

With each breath,

I feel lighter and more at ease.

It is safe to rest in this stillness.

Peace is available to me whenever I slow down and breathe.

My body feels softer,

Looser,

And calmer with every breath.

I smile,

Knowing that peace is available to me whenever I need it.

My breath anchors me when my mind feels busy.

I can stay aware of my thoughts and let go of whatever I don't need.

Calm is something I can return to again and again.

Right now,

I choose ease over tension.

My mind guides my body to release tension and relax.

My body is unwinding piece by piece.

Right now,

I don't need to rush.

Every inhale brings me clarity,

While every exhale releases pressure.

Even if my mind is busy,

I can bring calm to my body.

This moment gives me a chance to recharge.

I release the weight of tension with every exhale a little more.

I am steady,

Grounded,

And supported.

Take one more deep inhale,

Hold at the top,

And exhale,

Letting everything go.

Start to move your body in whatever way feels correct to you.
