After a livestream session, I realized I really enjoyed many of the affirmations about health and healing and should use them to create a recorded version of our session. The quiet soundscape that lives underneath my words contains 528Hz and light binaural elements. The guided meditation encourages rest, patience, and gratitude, allowing the listener to make each affirmation true for themselves, release anxiety or stress, and relax into a healing state. Let go of tension and allow yourself to heal with me.

Welcome.

My name is Katie Dwyer,

And today we're gathering with a focus on health,

Healing,

And restoration.

Our bodies know how to heal,

But we tend to be impatient.

Today,

We are going to let go of frustration,

Let go of any impatient feelings,

And focus on allowing in calm,

Healing energy.

So,

Take a deep breath with me before we get started.

We're going to do that one more time,

And this time,

When you breathe in,

I want you to think of warm,

Calm energy that's being welcomed into your body.

And when you exhale out,

I want all of the tension in your body to disappear.

I want you to relax your face,

Your shoulders,

Your back,

Your jaw,

And your whole body,

Allowing yourself to feel comfortable and feel the support that's underneath your body.

Let's do that now.

Take a deep breath in,

Welcoming calm energy into your body.

And as you exhale,

Allow any tense muscles to release,

To relax,

And to let go.

Now,

Let's move into the affirmations.

Allow these words to be true for you.

My body knows how to heal.

With every breath,

I allow healing energy to move through me naturally.

I trust the wisdom within my body.

Every deep breath I take now supports my well-being.

I welcome balance into my body and mind.

My nervous system is learning calm and safety.

In this moment,

I am safe.

I invite relaxation into my body.

And I allow rest to nourish every cell.

I know that healing unfolds in ways that can be seen and ways that are unseen.

I know that my healing journey won't be linear.

I honor my body for everything it does for me.

I thank my body for bringing me this far in my life.

Thank you.

I give myself permission to heal at my own pace.

With every exhale,

I allow the tension in my body to be released.

With every deep inhale,

I invite peace and harmony into my body.

My body responds positively to care and compassion.

My body knows that with every breath,

I am caring for it right now.

I am open to renewal and restoration.

My health is supported by gentleness and patience.

I choose thoughts that support my well-being.

I choose thoughts that allow me to feel good.

Each moment of calm strengthens my healing.

Each slow breath invites healing.

As I release tension,

I feel more ease and peace arriving.

My breath brings oxygen,

Life,

And balance.

I trust the natural rhythms of recovery.

I allow softness wherever I once held strain.

With every breath,

I allow softness to take over me.

Right now,

I feel my body and mind working together in harmony.

I nourish myself with rest,

Presence,

And deep healing breaths.

Healing does not need to be rushed.

With peace in my heart,

I let my body heal in its own time.

In this peaceful quiet,

I listen to my body's needs.

I support my body by allowing myself to feel peace,

Calm,

And love.

With every deep inhale,

I welcome steady,

Sustainable health.

Right now,

I am whole,

Even as I continue to heal.

Right now,

I am thankful for my mind and my body,

Even as I continue to heal.

With every breath,

I continue to welcome calm,

Healing energy into my life.

And with every exhale,

I can let my body relax,

Knowing that health is on the way.

Notice now the peace that you've created within yourself.

Notice the space that you've created that will allow easier healing.

Notice your body in such a relaxed state.

Notice your mind.

Thank yourself.

Thank you so much for allowing this space to heal.

Thank you so much for taking the time to invite healing into your life and into your body.

Thank you.

Today,

You showed up for yourself.

You chose the present moment.

You chose peace,

And you cared for yourself.

When you're ready,

Slowly return your attention to your space,

And know that this calm that you created is yours to return to any time.

This peace,

This healing energy is yours to allow back into your life whenever you need it.
