Today,
I want to extend some affirmations that will help you feel empowered.
These affirmations promote clarity,
Self-trust,
And they help you recognize all of the beautiful things that no one can take from you.
Take a deep breath now.
Allow your body to relax.
Find a comfortable position,
And on your next deep exhale,
Try to relax into even more comfort.
Now,
I'll start the affirmations.
I trust my perception of what I feel.
I know what I have experienced.
My feelings are valid and worthy of attention.
I am allowed to take my ideas,
My feelings,
And my whole self seriously.
With each breath,
I allow myself to feel more grounded in my truth.
I trust my inner voice.
I release confusion and return now to what I know.
I am in control of my choices.
I am in control of how I respond.
I am in control of how I care for myself.
I listen to my intuition and respect what it tells me.
I listen to my body.
I recognize the signs from my emotions and from my physical health.
I listen to what my body is trying to tell me.
I honor my inner knowing.
Boundaries are valid and necessary.
I allow myself to have boundaries.
I am so glad that I can maintain my boundaries with calm and confidence.
I respect my energy and protect my peace.
My inner peace is worth protecting.
I stay connected to who I am.
I trust my future self to navigate complex situations.
I am capable of making aligned decisions.
I know challenges will come my way,
And I know I can handle them with awareness and strength.
I regulate my emotions with patience and compassion.
I return to my calm self again and again.
I know I am deserving of respect and honesty.
I can always respect myself.
I can always be honest with myself.
I recognize what feels healthy and what does not.
I allow myself to move toward what supports my well-being.
With every deep breath and every exhale,
I release the need to explain myself repeatedly.
I release the need to convince others of my truth.
I stand in my truth quietly and confidently.
I release the responsibility of feeling like I need to manage others' emotions.
I can only control myself.
I release the need to consider every possible reaction others might have.
I can only control my reactions.
I respond to all situations with love and calm.
I am strong in ways that are quiet and steady.
My strength shows in my choices and my awareness.
I am so thankful for the clarity that I am receiving right now.
I trust that this clarity will help me see what I need to see,
And I trust myself to respond with wisdom and heart.
Even with obstacles ahead,
I am in control of my path.
I choose to love myself and give myself the emotional stability I have always deserved.
