
Yoga Nidra & Chakra Well-being
This Yoga Nidra session is centered around the energy centres and serves to relax the body and mind whilst providing a healing and re-balancing service to the main Chakras of the energetic body. It can be followed to assist with improving sleep, to relieve stress and anxiety as a tool that guides to soothe and calm the central nervous system, to not only relax the body but essentially the mind through visualization, assisting to bring the mind to a place of presence and connection with the physical and energetic body. The session begins by guiding a person to various body awareness points in order to relax the body, then briefly touching on the breath to assist the mind to come to a place of one pointedness and then moves onto the chakras one chakra at a time before returning down the chakras to the starting chakra to complete the process. The listener is guided out of the session with a short parting message and a final sanskrit greeting.
