Place yourself in your most comfortable relaxation position and prepare your body and mind for a deep relaxation for yoga nidra.
Take all your awareness to your breath.
Notice each inhalation and every exhalation as you withdraw your awareness inwards.
Without changing the rhythm of your breath,
Quietly and patiently observe each and every breath without judgement,
Without reaction,
Without emotion.
Just silent observation and conscious awareness.
Allow the sacred life force of your breath to settle the whole body completely,
Feeling how it gently and willingly releases to the joy of relaxation.
Quickly witness the movement of the yogic breath from the belly through the chest to the nasal passages.
Observing as the belly rises on the inhalation and falls on the exhalation,
Observing patiently how the chest naturally and subtly expands on the in-breath and gently contracts on the out-breath.
How the air flows upwards through the nasal passages on entering and gently flows down as it exits your nasal passages.
Perhaps you can sense cool air moving up your nasal passages when you breathe in.
Maybe you can sense warm air releasing out the nasal passages when you breathe out.
Maybe one sensation,
Maybe the other,
Maybe neither.
That's okay.
Simply being aware and present of your breath and your breath sensation.
Feeling and sensing the nature of the yogic breath,
Feel how it transforms the entire being of your body with peacefulness and awareness.
Awareness that is healing,
Awareness that is joyful and awareness that is positive.
Feeling this experience of complete and calm awareness.
Visualize a beautiful color of indigo that radiates from your eyebrow energy center,
From the Anya chakra.
This glorious color enhances the Anya center with clarity,
So much clarity that you begin to see the true nature of your inner being.
You begin to feel and envision the higher intellect.
You understand and embrace that inner voice,
That inner being that is your intuition.
It is the clarity and balance of the Anya chakra that encourages you to trust that intuition which is your inner voice.
To trust that inner voice which is the wisdom you possess.
To believe that wisdom that is the divine within you that speaks to you and affirms I am the truth,
I am your inner voice,
I am that,
So hum.
Allow the light of the Anya chakra to reaffirm your trust in your intuition as your intuition is the divine voice that speaks to you.
If you trust,
If you affirm,
If you believe,
Then all you need to guide you along your path to healing and fulfillment is to trust your intuition which is the guru within you.
I larger the need of faith versus the degeneration When you are ready,
Patiently and effortlessly bring your awareness back to your body.
Bring your awareness to the weight of your body resting.
Bring your awareness to the space that your body occupies.
Slowly you can reawaken the physical body making small and gentle movements with your feet or with your fingers.
Revitalize the body and the mind by increasing the oxygen to the brain,
Taking a deep breath in,
Filling up your lungs and then gently release the breath on exhalation.
Allow the clarity of your Anya Chakra and the faith in your intuition to guide you,
To heal you and to connect you to the Guru within you.
Remind yourself to always acknowledge the Divine Light that resides within and that is who you are.
Om Shanti Shanti Shanti.
