Good morning,

My name is Annabelle and today we're going to say some affirmations together.

I'm going to say it and then you're going to repeat it.

Try and make sure that there is feeling behind what you're saying as well.

Don't just repeat it emotionless,

Repeat it knowing that it is true.

So let's get started.

I know exactly what I want.

I know exactly what I want.

I am deserving of everything I want.

I deserve everything I want.

I am worthy of the best in life.

I am worthy of the best in life.

I am worthy of the best things in life.

Other people are happy for my success.

I am so loving.

I enjoy sharing my success.

I am able to receive what I deserve.

My mistakes lead to me getting better.

I am so compassionate towards myself.

I deeply and completely love and accept myself.
