Hello and welcome,
My name is Annabelle and today we're just gonna be doing a five-minute meditation so you can get some more energy back into your daily life.
I invite you to just get comfortable,
Try and sit with a straight spine and start to focus on your breath,
Where it's moving in your body and how it's moving your body.
Maybe your shoulders are going up with your inhale and your belly is going in on your exhale,
Allowing yourself just to connect to this life force energy and find gratitude for it.
Notice how easy it is to breathe,
How you didn't have to do anything to inhale or exhale,
How you don't need to be in control right now because everything is working out exactly as you need it to and it feels so natural and easy.
Now I want you to focus on just deepening and lengthening that breath,
Notice how easy that is to do and how relaxed you feel while you do it.
By adding more oxygen to the body you are naturally increasing your brain capacity,
You're improving your circulation,
You're increasing your energy levels and you are boosting your concentration just by breathing,
Doing something that is so easy you don't even need to think about it.
Taking a deep inhale through your nose,
Now sighing out the stresses of your day through your mouth and again in through the nose and out through the mouth.
One final time allowing yourself to be free from the past,
Not letting it define your future.
After this short meditation you will come back completely energized to your day,
You will be able to start things afresh,
Not letting what has happened before define what will be.
You are so powerful,
You are so full of good,
Loving,
Grateful energy.
Your body is working exactly as it needs to,
You are so in tune with your intuition and so trusting because you learn from your breath,
You know that things come and go,
You realize that it's all natural,
That there's a beautiful flow of life.
Now I want you to breathe in as deep as you can,
The deepest breath you've taken all day and hold on the top of your inhale for three seconds and then exhale completely and hold on the exhale for three seconds and again deep breath,
Hold,
Exhale.
Now I want you to just take one final breath,
Filling yourself up with gratitude that you've taken this moment to recharge and reconnect and on your exhale opening your eyes,
Knowing you are strong,
You are capable and you can do anything you put your mind to.
