Hello and welcome.
Tonight is a evening meditation.
It is full of affirmations that either you can repeat or just fall asleep listening to.
Relaxing your body,
Allowing your subconscious to accept these beliefs so that you can become your truest,
Most loving self to yourself.
So that you can see the value you add.
You can see how incredible you are.
So let's start with a few deep breaths in through your nose.
Pulling that breath all the way down,
Allowing it to open your chest,
Fill your belly.
And then breathing out through your nose as well.
Slowly finding more relaxation.
Breathing in and breathing out.
And finally deepest breath you have taken all day.
And with your exhale finding even more peace and stillness.
Now either repeating these affirmations or relaxing fully more and more with each exhale.
Today I did enough.
Today I helped those I love.
Today I added value to those around me.
I see the value I added.
I see how much care I took.
And I know how good it felt to help people.
People care about me.
People see how much I do.
People see how much I add.
People see how much I care.
People can feel supported by me.
And I feel supported by them.
It is safe for me to be vulnerable with those I love.
It is safe for me to be soft with others.
I am not in competition with others.
I live in community.
I have empathy for myself.
I have understanding for others.
I love my community.
And my community is everyone on earth.
I am different but I am equal.
I am cared about and I am cherished.
People see my gifts.
I have a million-dollar mind.
My energy is exquisite.
I know tomorrow is gonna be an even better day.
Tomorrow is filled with possibility.
Everything is possible.
My life changes for the better overnight.
