Hello and welcome.
In today's meditation we're going to just focus on slowing down and how safe that feels.
So get comfortable,
Take a seat.
Lengthen your spine and start to deepen your breath.
Breathing in through your nose,
Into your belly,
Feeling your stomach rise,
Then exhaling,
Feeling your stomach fall,
Feeling the air going through your nostrils,
Then inhaling,
Becoming conscious of something that you usually take for granted.
Instead finding the breath the most interesting,
Natural thing to observe,
Not to control.
Just allowing it to deepen naturally and feel that exhale calm you and relax you.
Allowing yourself to rest and to surrender,
Knowing that you have done enough today,
That you don't need to keep pushing yourself every moment of every day.
You can take a moment to relax,
To recover and to heal with each deep relaxed breath.
Allowing yourself to relax more and more,
Allowing yourself to feel the calmness washing over you.
With each exhale,
Releasing any stress that you've got from the day,
Any fears or any worries.
And with each inhale,
Feeling so much more love and peace come into your reality.
The more that you relax,
The easier that it is.
Just allowing yourself the time that you need to be able to be your fullest self later.
You're in exactly the right place at the right time.
You have everything that you need.
Just allow yourself to sit and rest,
To focus on your breath and the energy flowing in and out of your body.
You are so worthy.
You are so incredible.
And you are so loved.
You are so at peace.
You are so calm.
You are so aligned.
You can cultivate this energy anytime,
Any day.
Just by focusing on your breath,
Knowing that you are safe.
You're able to come back to this state of complete relaxation.
Stay here as long as you want.
