This meditation is your opportunity to connect with two powerful intentions,
Self-love and worthiness.
As each intention is given,
Use your imagination to create a mental movie of yourself already living it.
See yourself moving through real moments of life,
Relationships,
Success,
And daily experiences as the version of you who already has self-love and already feels worthy.
Then,
Let those scenes inspire the feelings in your body as if it's already true.
This meditation is not about thinking,
It's about creating elevated emotions on purpose.
Because when you teach your body what it feels like to love yourself,
What it feels like to be worthy of receiving,
Your body begins to reflect that future now.
And in doing so,
You begin to rewire yourself into those states.
More love,
More worthiness,
More openness.
In a moment,
We'll use the breath to help you settle in,
Open the body,
And become fully present.
So take this moment for yourself.
Arrive fully.
And let's begin.
We will take 12 deep breaths in through the nose and out through the mouth.
On each inhale,
You will fill up the belly,
Move the breath into the chest,
And then sigh the breath out nice and slow.
We will begin in three.
Now sigh the breath out nice and slow.
Let the breath return to normal now.
Feel into your body.
Feel the space behind your eyes.
Feel yourself here.
Now bring to mind the first intention.
Self-love.
Use your imagination now.
Create a mental movie of yourself already living with self-love.
See yourself in real moments of life.
How do you move?
How do you speak to yourself?
How do you look at yourself?
And how do you love yourself?
What would it look like to truly love you?
What would it feel like to be fully on your own side?
What would it feel like to feel peace within yourself?
Now create that feeling in the body.
Love.
Softness.
Compassion.
Now take a slow,
Deep breath in through the nose.
Sigh the breath out.
And bring to mind that second intention.
Worthiness.
Again,
Create a mental movie of this.
See yourself already living as someone who feels worthy.
See yourself achieving your goals.
Receiving abundance.
Receiving love.
Receiving success.
Receiving what you desire.
What would it feel like to already have it?
What would it feel like to feel worthy of receiving it?
What would it feel like to stop chasing and start embodying?
Now create that feeling in your body.
Worthiness.
Openness.
Gratitude.
Let that mental movie slowly fade.
Let the images soften.
And just notice what remains in the body.
Notice the feeling.
Notice the energy.
Notice the state you've created.
This is what it feels like to begin teaching your body self-love.
And this is what it feels like to begin teaching your body what worthiness feels like.
Not as an idea.
Not as a concept.
But as a feeling.
As a living emotional state within you.
And the more often you return here,
The more familiar this state becomes.
The more familiar it becomes.
The more natural it becomes.
So just rest here for a moment now.
Let the body memorize love.
Let the body memorize softness.
Let your nervous system begin to recognize that it is safe to love yourself.
You do not need to force it.
You do not need to earn it.
You only need to practice returning to it.
Just breathe.
Feel the body.
Feel your heart.
And feel the space within.
And know that something is shifting deep beneath the surface.
Even now.
Take a slow,
Deep breath in.
And gently exhale it out.
And let it go.
And when you're ready,
My friend,
Gently begin to come back.
Wiggle the fingers.
Wiggle the toes.
And slowly open your eyes.
And carry this feeling with you.
