This guided meditation gently helps overloaded parents transition out of the intensity of the day and into a space of rest. It focuses on releasing physical tension, setting aside mental load, and creating a sense of emotional permission to pause. Through slow breathing and calming imagery, it encourages letting go of guilt and unfinished tasks without judgment.
