Welcome to your guided meditation.

Make sure you're in a safe comfortable place free from distractions either lying on your bed or on the floor wherever feels good for you.

Gently close your eyes taking in a big inhale through the nose and exhaling heavily through the mouth.

Breathing in through the nose exhaling through the mouth.

Breathing in through the nose exhaling through the mouth.

Now bringing your breath back to its normal rhythmic flow Breathing in through the nose and out through the nose Releasing and letting go with each exhale bringing your mind inwards and focusing your attention on the breath.

Breathing in exhaling out Breathing in a sense of peace exhaling any worry or anxiety Breathing in a sense of calm exhaling any stress or tension Breathing in a sense of stillness exhaling any distractions Fully releasing and letting go with each exhale Breathing in peace calm and stillness With each inhale bringing yourself in to the present moment focusing on your breath allowing your mind to still.

Allowing yourself this time today coming in to your body mentally scanning around for any areas of discomfort allowing your breath to soothe any tension you may be holding on to Imagine the tension being eased and released with each exhale Now bringing your attention to your thoughts notice the thoughts that are coming in Acknowledging the thought and begin to observe the thought.

Is it an old or a present thought?

Without any judgment or attachment to the thought allow the thought to pass Thus letting go of the thought releasing thought with each exhale allowing thoughts to pass like clouds in the sky.

If your mind is distracted and wandering off into your thoughts simply bring your focus back to your breath Connect with the stillness between the thoughts.

A place where your peace,

Calm,

Joy and happiness resides.

Take a moment to be with the breath and focus your attention on simply being in this moment.

Affirm to yourself I am peace,

I am calm,

I am stillness,

I am peace,

I am calm,

I am stillness,

I am peace,

I am calm,

I am stillness.

Taking a deep breath in and a deep exhale out Breathing in and connecting with this sense of peace,

Calm and stillness Allowing this state to fill your whole being.

Bathing yourself in peace,

Calm and stillness Gently bringing your focus back to your breath Gently bringing your awareness back to your body Back to the room.

Very gently starting to bring awareness back to your body Gently by slowly starting to move your fingers and toes If you're on your back gently rolling onto your side And in your own time coming up to a comfortable seated position And when you are ready Slowly dropping your chin towards your chest Gently blinking open your eyes and slowly bringing your head back to centre
