Welcome to this EFT emotional freedom technique tapping for anxiety.

I want you to come into a comfortable seated position or you can lay down,

Whichever is up to you.

I find that this practice works better if you are seated.

If you are seated,

Grab a cushion or a pillow and just place it underneath your pelvis,

Just to realign your pelvis,

Your spine,

Have a straight back.

Allow your eyes to gently close and push your shoulders down away from your ears.

Taking in two big deep breaths,

Really just to allow your body to settle.

Big deep breath in through your nose,

Exhale out through your mouth.

Big deep breath in and exhale out through your mouth and just allow your breath to settle.

Now for this practice,

I want you to think about something that you feel anxious about and keep this in mind throughout your tapping today.

While tapping the karate chop point on the side of your hand,

Using your index finger,

Middle finger,

Just below the wrist and just below your little finger,

Pinky.

Repeat these phrases out loud or in your mind,

Whichever you feel comfortable or just allow my words to wash over you.

Even though I feel hopeless when I'm stuck in my life,

I can choose to consider moving forwards with different options.

I can send love and healing to that part of me that feels fearful or stuck.

Even though it feels like I've been stuck forever and can't see the way to get free,

I love and forgive myself anyway.

Then we're going to move through to the tapping meridian points.

Your eyebrows.

I hate feeling stuck.

Side eye.

I can't believe I'm stuck again.
