Gareth is a Yoga instructor based in Musselburgh, Scotland. He has experienced profound benefits from practicing, and studying Yoga over the past decade. He believes our breath is the absolute most important relationship we should be enriching on a daily basis. It is the single most important tool for physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual wellbeing. As someone who is coming to terms with a late ADHD diagnosis, he has personally experience how Yoga and Pranayama can provide a sense of stability and focus during a relatively turbulent and unstable time. Gareth has extensively studied the traditions and history of Yoga, to bring his teachings back into to a more educated, and traditional lens. He draws a lot of his knowledge from the Yoga Sutras, the Hatha Pradipika, the Upanishads, and the Bhagavad Gita. Gareth approaches meditation and pranayama teaching systematically. Breaking everything down to the absolute basics, so you can feel fully comfortable being guided step, by step.
