Welcome.
Thank you for taking this few moments for yourself.
This meditation is an invitation to pause,
Allowing your mind become clear.
Your body to relax,
And your attention to settle into the present moment.
As your whole system becomes more balanced,
You may notice greater focus,
Creativity,
And the mental clarity naturally emerging.
Helping you move through the rest of your day with calm awareness.
Find a comfortable place to sit.
Allow your spine to feel comfortably long.
Your shoulders so.
And your hands resting wherever they feel most natural.
And whenever you are ready.
Gently close your eyes.
And begin listening to the rhythm of your breath.
Bring your awareness to your breathing.
Take one slow breath into your belly.
Allowing your abdomen to gently rise.
Pounce comfortably for a moment.
And slowly breathe out.
Very good.
Hand again.
A slow,
Comfortable breath in.
Feeling your lungs feeling naturally.
And then easy breath out.
Notice the coolness of the air as you breathe in and the gentle warmth as you breathe out.
Allow your breathing to settle into its own comfortable rhythm.
There is nothing you need to change now.
Nothing you need to force.
Simply allowing each breath to arrive.
And each breath to leave.
As your breathing becomes quieter,
You may begin to notice the peaceful space between every inhale and every exhale.
A quiet pause.
Still point.
Each time you arrive here,
Your body softens a little more.
Your mind becomes a little quieter.
And your awareness naturally settles into the present moment.
Now.
Gently bring your attention to your body.
Notice the support beneath you.
The contact between your feet and the floor.
Or your body and the chair.
Allowing your whole body to settle into a comfortable sense of ease.
Gently bring your awareness to a point just below your navel.
This area is often known as the harbour point.
The body's natural center of balance.
If it feels comfortable.
You may even rest one hand over this area,
Simply allowing your attention to settle there.
Continue breathing slowly and naturally.
It's your awareness.
Rest here.
You may begin to notice a quiet feeling of stability spreading through your body.
With every easy breath.
Your thinking becomes a little clearer.
Your attention becomes a little steadier.
Your mind naturally finds its own rhythm.
Perhaps this is what balance feels like.
And clear thinking and quiet awareness begin working together.
Without effort.
Without trying.
Simply allowing.
As you continue breathing.
Your nervous system remembers this balanced state.
Every relaxed breath strengthens this feeling of clarity.
Every quiet moment teaches your mind how to return here more easily.
Imagine standing beneath a gentle waterfall.
The water feels warm,
Comforting,
And peaceful.
As it flows softly over you,
It refreshes your mind like clear water washing over smooth stones.
In a quiet stream.
Any mental busyness.
Any scattered attention?
Any emotional tension simply begins to drift away with the flow in water.
There is nothing you need to release.
Devote and naturally.
Carries away whatever is ready to leave.
With every breath you feel lighter.
Clearer.
Mode center Take a few quiet moments here.
Following this refreshing flow to restore your natural sense of balance.
Gently become aware of the room around you.
Notice the temperature of the air.
Here the surface is supporting your body.
Became aware of the sound nearby.
Take one slow,
Refreshing breath.
Feeling calm,
Clear,
Balanced.
And fully present.
Perhaps gently move your fingers.
Move your hands.
Your feet,
Bringing fresh energy back into your body.
Carry this sense of balance with you into the rest of your day.
Knowing that each time you pause and reconnect with your breath,
Your mind naturally remembers this place of clarity and calm.
And whenever you're ready.
Gently open your eyes.
Thank you for taking these few moments to reconnect with yourself.
I invite you to enjoy a glass of water and carry this calm,
Focused awareness into everything you do today.
Take care of yourself.
