Hello and welcome to another Gapformations episode.

My aim with this whole thing is to share my care and comfort while we all go through this life.

And I'm sure the things that I go through,

Some of you can relate.

I'm no life expert,

But I do gain some wisdom throughout my journey here,

So here it is.

And I'm not going to lie to you folks,

I'm going through it today.

I've been the type of person that usually likes to tough it out.

But honestly,

The past few years,

Life has found ways to kick the gangster out of me.

Sure,

She's still there,

But as I grow with more acceptance,

I come to realize that really there's just this sweet,

Sensitive,

Loving girl underneath that just wants to be around people who can share the same genuine love and respect that she has to give.

That's all.

Something like that.

And if you're someone that's listening to this at the moment,

I have reason to believe that you have an amazing heart yourself.

So if you happen to be walking with a heavy heart today,

Or feeling like someone took a blowtorch to your stomach and the pain feels excruciating,

Maybe it's a loss of some sort,

Some confusion,

Some doubt,

But you still got shit to do.

Here's your chance now to let it out.

And I know some meditations focus on just positive structures,

But I want this to be as real as possible.

And when I need to,

I will set us all straight if I have to,

In the best way possible,

Because I love you.

So let me remind you that you are the only for sure thing that you have.

And I don't want you to take this on a lonely note,

But really,

I want you to take this in as the most powerful statement.

I can't see your thoughts.

No one can ever feel your feelings exactly to your degree.

And no one will make your heart beat for you.

But I'll always be back to say that I love you and I got you from the bottom of my heart.

So here's your moment to take for yourself.

I want you to release it.

Right now,

If you need to cry it out,

Speak to yourself,

Speak to God,

Write about it in your notes or your diary or as a poem,

Whatever feels right to you,

Just to get it out of your mind and your body.

So let's start there.

Do that right now.

And guys,

I'm saying this to you with tears running down my face,

So I am right here with you.

So I'm going to give you a minute to just do that.

Maybe it feels a bit crazy in the moment.

Whatever.

All right,

Now let's calm it out with our breath.

Let's do this in a count of four while sitting up,

Lying down,

Whatever feels best for you.

Let's do it in the count of four.

So in for four.

Hold for four.

And out for four.

Again,

In for four.

Hold for four.

And out for four.

I want you to hold yourself like you got you,

You love you,

Like you were your own son or daughter.

Whatever the case may be,

Because I know sometimes we tend to be a little bit more loving to others.

So if you have to take yourself out of your body that way.

And if the pain feels so bad like it does for me today,

I want you to grab your own hand or gently rub where it hurts.

That might be your belly,

Your chest,

Or wherever it feels better for yourself.

Like you were consoling your best friend,

Because you are your best friend.

And again,

I'll give you a few moments to really get it in there.

Because trying to ignore it will only let it fester until it becomes more of a mess than it needs to be.

Trust me,

I know.

So let the pain pour out as much as possible.

Continue breathing in our fours or just deep breaths.

Whatever is floating your boat right now.

Once you've done a bit of that,

I want you to then look in the mirror.

And smile.

Seriously.

At this point,

Maybe you might feel a bit crazy.

But doesn't it feel a bit better?

Relieving even?

While you smile,

Tell yourself with conviction,

Again,

That you got you.

You are taking care of you.

And you are the best person in the entire universe to do that for you.

First and foremost.

And believe that.

Throughout your day,

Remember to breathe it out.

Remember I love you.

Thank you for taking the time for your well-being and attending to both the painful negative side and the loving positive aspect of life for you.

Both equally necessary.

And of course,

Maybe the pain is still there,

But just walk in love for yourself and focus on turning everything into your favor.

So that pain that's sitting there,

Let's turn it into diamonds.
