Hello and welcome to this guided EFT tapping session,

Living in Your Truth.

My name is Fiona Emily and today we will be using Emotional Freedom Technique,

Also known as tapping,

To help calm the nervous system,

Clear emotional blocks,

And support you in living your most authentic life.

Tapping is most effective when you're sitting upright with your eyes closed and in a quiet space free of distractions.

EFT tapping is a personal practice.

My words are simply suggestions.

If I say something that doesn't resonate,

Please feel free to adjust the script and make it your own.

Lastly,

In EFT we have a saying,

In order to heal it,

We need to feel it.

So I invite you to fully drop in and give yourself permission to release and express whatever is wanting to move through you.

This is your time to honor and heal yourself.

So let's begin.

Let's start by gently rubbing in small circles underneath the collarbone.

This is the emotional well.

As you do this,

Begin to tune into a time in your life when you really struggled being yourself and you needed to create a mask to survive.

Simply allow the emotions to stir up as you think about this,

And on a scale of 1 to 10,

1 being not a big deal and 10 being very emotionally charged,

Where would you rank the intensity of this memory?

Repeat after me,

My number is… and say your number out loud.

Now off the top of your head,

What are a few negative emotions that come up for you right now when you think about this?

Maybe it's shame,

Or fear,

Or doubt.

Just simply state out loud three negative emotions that come up for you.

And with that,

What are some limiting beliefs that are associated with these emotions?

Maybe the mind says something like,

It's not safe to be me,

I can't trust anyone,

If I am myself,

Something bad is going to happen.

Simply choose your own.

What is your limiting belief that comes up when you think about this struggle of wanting to be yourself?

Now simply start tapping gently in the center of your chest,

And repeat after me,

There's a part of me that's been struggling,

Struggling to tell my truth,

Struggling to speak up and be myself fully,

Moving to the top of the head,

And it makes me feel,

And say how it makes you feel,

It makes me feel good,

Between the eyebrows,

And even though I feel,

And say how you feel,

I deeply love and honor myself,

Moving to the side of the eyes,

Even though I feel,

And say how you feel,

I deeply love and I forgive myself.

Take a deep breath in,

And exhale out,

Moving underneath the eyes,

Sometimes it feels unsafe to be me.

Underneath the nose,

I'm afraid to share who I am,

And what I think and feel.

Underneath the lips,

I'm afraid if I do,

Something bad might happen.

Onto the chest,

I'm afraid that,

And say out loud what would happen,

What's your biggest fear?

Maybe it would be rejected,

Or people may not like me,

Or they might get angry at me.

Moving underneath the ribs,

And the worst part about this would be,

And say what the worst thing that could happen,

I'll be fired,

I'll be made fun of,

I'll be shamed,

Or abandoned.

Moving to the side of the ribs,

So it's completely understandable why I do what I do.

Inside the wrists,

I've been hurt before.

To the side of the hand,

I've been rejected,

I've been shamed.

Moving back to the top of the head,

There was a time when I took a chance,

And I opened up,

And I shared my truth,

And it didn't go very well.

Between the eyebrows,

In fact it really hurt,

On the side of the eyes,

And I do not want to go through that again.

Moving underneath the eyes,

So I protect myself,

And what are the ways you protect yourself?

How do you hide?

Maybe you run away,

Maybe you disconnect,

Maybe you use humor.

Moving underneath the nose,

I protect myself by,

And say out loud,

How do you protect yourself?

Moving underneath the lips,

And it's completely understandable.

Onto the chest,

Because I'm just trying to stay safe.

Moving underneath the ribs,

And even though it sometimes feels unsafe to be who I am,

And I use clever ways to protect myself,

I deeply love and forgive myself.

On the side of the ribs,

It's possible I'm still a good person,

It's possible I'm in a safe place now,

And it's possible I'm worthy of love.

Take a deep breath in,

Exhale out,

Inside the wrist,

Yet there's another part of me that's ready,

Moving to the side of the hand,

Ready for change,

Ready to step into who I am,

Ready to set myself free.

Moving to the top of the head,

There's a part of me that knows that I can't keep doing this to myself anymore.

Between the eyebrows,

I don't want to do this to myself anymore.

On the side of the eyes,

It's robbing me of my life force.

Underneath the eyes,

It's robbing me of my happiness.

Underneath the nose,

I just want to be me,

Without apology.

Underneath the lips,

I deserve to be me.

Onto the chest,

It's my divine birthright to be me.

Underneath the ribs,

This is my life,

And I am a beautiful child of the universe.

On the side of the ribs,

I can change.

I can create a new way of being.

Inside the wrist,

One that feels good to my heart,

And good to my nervous system.

On the side of the hand,

So I'm open to try again.

I'm open to be vulnerable,

On top of the head.

It's possible I can do this.

Between the eyebrows,

And even though it might scare me,

I deeply love and respect myself.

On the side of the eyes,

I deserve to take up space.

Because there's plenty of room for everyone,

Including me.

Take a deep breath in,

And exhale.

Moving underneath the eyes.

Now I want you to go back to that memory,

When you were struggling to be your most authentic self,

And it didn't go very well.

Moving underneath the nose,

I want you to see this playing out like a movie,

Where you're watching the whole thing on a movie screen.

Just see where you are,

Who was there,

What was happening,

What was being said.

And now just tune in,

And see how vulnerable you were to share this part of yourself.

And just acknowledge in this moment how much it really hurt,

And how it did not go the way you were hoping.

Moving on to the chest,

And I want you to tune into your body,

And I want you to see and feel the vulnerability.

Where does this painful memory live?

Is it in your chest?

Maybe your stomach?

Just give it a location in the body.

Moving underneath the ribs.

Now I want you to just increase this emotion by 50% to really allow yourself to feel it,

So we can heal it.

See this emotion in your body,

And I want you now to give it a color,

And get really specific with the color.

Keep tapping,

Just feel into your vulnerability.

And now I want you to increase the intensity up to 75%.

Moving to the side of the ribs.

And what does this emotion feel like?

Does it have a texture?

Is it gritty,

Or slimy?

Is it sharp,

Or bumpy?

Just lean into the feeling.

Seeing it in your body,

In this certain color,

In this certain texture.

Now take it all the way up to 100%.

Allow yourself to feel it.

Take a deep breath in.

Exhale out.

Good.

Moving inside the wrist.

Now repeat after me.

This part of my body has my attention.

Moving to the side of the hand.

This part of my body is speaking to me,

And it has something to say.

And just lean in.

What is the message for you?

Moving to the top of the head.

My body is telling me.

And say out loud what your body is telling you.

Maybe it's something like,

I'm tired,

Or I want to be free.

Repeat after me.

My body is telling me,

And say it out loud.

Move between the eyebrows.

And I am listening.

Moving to the side of the eyes.

What I really need is.

And just think,

What is it you really need?

What do you need right now in this moment?

Maybe it's reassurance.

Maybe it's love.

Maybe it's acceptance.

Repeat after me.

What I really need is.

Moving underneath the eyes.

But I'm going to give it to myself right now.

Moving underneath the nose.

And I want you to go back to that image,

That movie playing.

And I want you to just freeze the frame.

Just push pause.

And see the image now become a picture.

In the corner of the frame,

You're going to see this beautiful golden light coming down into this picture.

This golden energy,

This golden light is coming to heal you.

And this light is filled with 100% unconditional love.

Moving underneath the lips.

And this loving light starts to morph into your higher self.

And as it walks over to you,

You can feel your higher self.

And this love permeate every cell of your body.

Moving to the chest.

Watch this light now enter your body and go into that area,

That place that's been holding all that pain.

The area that you felt the most vulnerable.

And just see that area as it becomes immersed with all of this love.

Just start to see the texture and color change and expand.

Breathe this in.

Moving underneath the ribs.

Allow this energy now,

This loving frequency to increase by 50%.

It's so soothing and it's so comforting.

Moving to the side of the ribs.

And now take it up to 75%.

Feel it in every cell of your being.

And now take it all the way up to 100%.

Moving inside the wrist.

Take a deep breath in.

And exhale.

Good.

Moving to the outside of the hand.

With this energy,

This loving light,

Higher self energy has a message for you.

And it's got a message it wants you to take for the rest of your life.

What is it?

Repeat after me.

My higher self is telling me.

And say out loud what you hear.

Maybe it's something like,

I love you,

I see you,

I'm here for you.

Moving to the top of the head.

My higher self is telling me,

And say it again,

Say it out loud.

And I am open to this.

Moving between the eyebrows.

I am willing to accept this as truth.

Take a deep breath in.

Exhale out.

Moving to the side of the eyes.

It's possible I can heal.

Moving underneath the eyes.

I am healing.

Moving underneath the nose.

I'm healing myself with the love I needed back then.

Moving underneath the lips.

I forgive myself for holding onto this for so long.

Onto the chest.

I forgive myself for ignoring it.

Underneath the ribs.

I forgive myself for hiding and playing small.

On the side of the ribs.

I forgive myself for giving my power away.

For saying yes when I meant no.

Or no when I meant yes.

Inside the wrists.

But most of all,

I forgive myself for abandoning myself.

I didn't mean to.

Moving on the side of the hand.

I am here now,

Loving every part of myself.

So that I remember what it feels like to be whole again.

Moving to the top of the head.

I'm in a safe place now.

It's safe to be me.

Moving between the eyebrows.

I'm open to love myself more than I've ever loved myself before.

On the side of the eyes.

I'm open to love and accept myself exactly as I am.

Underneath the eyes.

Yes,

I might get hurt again in the future.

But the truth is,

It won't destroy me.

Underneath the nose.

Because I am resilient.

Underneath the lips.

I'm open to being myself.

Fully.

Onto the chest.

I'm open to listen to my body.

Underneath the ribs.

I'm honoring who I am.

What I like.

And how I feel.

On the side of the ribs.

It's possible I'll feel better if I do this.

Inside the wrists.

In fact,

I've got nothing to lose.

On the side of the hand.

Maybe it could be kind of fun.

Moving to the top of the head.

It's possible that this could even be enjoyable.

And when I say that out loud.

It makes me feel.

How does it make you feel?

Say that out loud.

That makes me feel.

Happy.

Expansive.

Joyful.

Complete.

Between the eyebrows.

I am enough.

Exactly as I am.

On the side of the eyes.

I am perfect.

Just the way I am.

Underneath the eyes.

In fact.

There's nothing wrong with me.

Underneath the nose.

It's good to be me.

Underneath the lips.

I love me.

Onto the chest.

Saying this out loud.

Is giving me my life force back.

Underneath the ribs.

This is making me a stronger person.

On the side of the ribs.

I allow myself to be seen.

Inside the wrists.

I allow myself to speak up.

On the side of the hand.

I allow myself to claim my space.

And let myself truly shine.

Moving to the top of the head.

I know who I am.

And today I am taking care of myself.

Between the eyebrows.

Today I am claiming my truth.

Side of the eyes.

I'm claiming my space.

Underneath the eyes.

And I'm going to let myself be me.

Feel your energy.

Your unique essence.

Just breathe into it.

Just take up all that space.

Fill the room.

Let yourself shine.

Moving underneath the nose.

Being in my truth makes me feel.

And say how it makes you feel.

Complete.

Self-realized.

Underneath the lips.

Being who I am feels.

Say how it feels to be yourself.

Makes me feel good.

Makes me feel happy.

Onto the chest.

And this is good.

And this is good.

Repeat that.

This is good.

Moving underneath the ribs.

I love this.

Moving to the side of the ribs.

I can commit to giving myself this on a daily basis.

Inside the wrists.

I'm worthy of feeling good.

On the side of the hand.

I'm worthy of feeling into my power.

Moving to the top of the head.

I'm worthy of taking care of myself.

Between the eyebrows.

I'm worthy of being in alignment.

With who I am.

And how I feel.

On the side of the eyes.

And I'm doing it now.

Underneath the eyes.

Because I love myself.

And I'm worthy of loving myself.

Underneath the nose.

And I'm celebrating who I am.

Take a deep breath in.

And exhale out.

Good.

Good job.

And now tap all over the body.

All over the chest.

The head.

The arms.

The legs.

Just tap all over.

And say three affirmations out loud.

As if you've been living like this for over a year.

Say it out loud.

I am.

And the next.

I am.

And the final one.

I am.

Good job.

Bringing your hands onto your chest.

Over your heart.

Just take a moment.

Take a breath in.

Just tune into your body's rhythm.

Tune into the new sense of love and peace in your heart.

And just relax into it all.

And repeat after me.

There are parts of me that have healed.

And there are parts of me that have yet to be healed.

The parts of me that have yet to be healed are willing to listen to the parts of me that have.

The new neural pathways and information transfer is complete.

Thank you.

Thank you.

Thank you.

Thank you.

Thank you.
