Caterpillar to butterfly.

Consciousness rising high.

Heart cool.

Cleansed.

Whole.

Reverberating singing bowl.

Inner bowl when empty sings.

A pure vibration as it rings.

Sublime waves radiate.

From our core we emanate.

Waves of living waters flowing.

Pulses of living light glowing.

Viewing our world from higher place.

This inner celestial sacred space.

End of the tunnel.

End of the tunnel.

A shining light.

From the dark a wondrous sight.

A sacred light.

Divine sublime.

Beckoning us to make the climb.

Ascending to a joyous place.

A familiar holy homely space.

Heart shines as we ascend.

The light coming from our own end.

Our inner beacon guiding our course.

The heart the holy path to source.

Fill to brim.

Life force.

Light force.

Welling up from endless source.

The heart a bottomless well of peace.

Illumination without cease.

Fill to brim.

Saturated.

Inner thirst satiated.

Inner hunger satisfied.

Heart an ocean deep and wide.

Open to all this sacred space.

Every religion,

Color or race.

The sincere of heart find this treasure.

Inner peace beyond all measure.

Heart at ease.

Heart at ease.

Equipoise.

Far removed from worldly noise.

Gathered inward.

Unified.

Replete.

Recharged.

Energized.

Calm.

Cool.

Clear and clean.

Sublime.

Steady.

Secure.

Serene.

Inner eye with inner light.

Seeing clear with inner sight.

A king.

A queen.

We sit on a throne.

Nothing to be.

Nothing to own.

Heart in meditation.

Supremely content.

Contentedly supreme.

Peace beyond our wildest dream.

Knowing the truth that sets us free.

Nothing to call mine or me.

Inner chapel place of peace.

Sacred place where troubles cease.

Bubbling brook of light of life.

Free from worries.

Free from strife.

Chapel becomes a cathedral immense.

This inner world without a fence.

Bubbling brook.

An ocean wide.

In calm and poise we abide.

The heart.

A throne.

Steady and bright.

Inner beacon of shining light.
