Sanctuary Darkness rising to the fore Plowshare turned to sword once more World without,

Engulfed in strife We turn for refuge in our life Turning inward our rock within Weathers the storm now quickening Our inner light countering dark Sword of wisdom brightens dark Radiating peace and love Lifting the mind high above Raising consciousness to higher ground Where peace and love and joy is found The timeless heart our true refuge Sanctuary from world deluge Inner chalice Inner chalice overflowing Living light inner glowing Living waters bottomless well Sublime divine No words can tell Alive,

Alert,

Awake at peace The place where worldly troubles cease Place of peace,

Place of strength No breath,

No width,

No height,

No length Measureless this inner realm Ocean within we take the helm Compass set to home within The journey ends where we begin Our home the heart,

Bright and clear Not so far,

Very near Refining the heart Ascending higher Peace and joy Heart's true desire Outer eye,

Inner eye An ocean of light No separation The living light links all creation Outer eye sees you and me Inner eye sees only we Ascend within me,

Raise our gaze All one in light of heaven's rays Treasure trove Inward diving Upward soaring Divine inner light outpouring Heart still but overflowing Peace of unentangled knowing Clear oasis,

Inner pool Ever fresh,

Ever cool Living waters flood the heart Living light fills every part Peace within ascending mind Treasure trove,

Within we find Heavenly choir Outer chaos,

Inner calm Inner light,

A healing balm Heart steady,

Secure and still With grace divine the heart we fill Bottomless well of life,

Of light Overflowing to inner sight Mind sublime,

Ascending higher We take our place in the heavenly choir
