Welcome to this pineal gland meditation.
Your pineal gland is part of your endocrine system,
And it has many functions.
It was the last part of the endocrine system to be discovered and is the least understood.
But the pineal gland has long been associated with spiritual matters,
And it was called the seat of the soul by Descartes and is thought of as the third eye and is really the center of consciousness and spiritual connection.
I'm going to guide you through a pineal gland meditation which is based on the teachings of Dr.
Joe Dispenza.
Dr.
Joe Dispenza,
Among others,
Teaches a method of harnessing your cerebral spinal fluid and activating the pineal gland,
Thereby creating a coherence of your brain and your heart to allow you to reach moments of transcendence and allow for a whole different level of healing and creative options.
So let's begin.
Find a comfortable seated position with your spine straight.
Close your eyes.
And take a deep inhale through your nose.
And as you exhale out of your mouth,
Let go of any tension or thoughts that might be present in your body and mind.
We're going to be activating the pineal gland through the power of muscle engagement.
In this meditation,
We will focus on squeezing and engaging the muscles in the lower energy centers in order to stimulate and awaken the pineal gland.
So,
Continue with your eyes closed,
Sitting straight.
Take another deep breath,
Inhaling deeply through your nose and exhaling fully through your mouth.
And allow yourself to just relax,
Feeling the weight of your body sinking into the surface beneath you.
And as you continue to breathe deeply through your nose,
Slowly inhaling and exhaling fully,
Visualize a soft,
Radiant light surrounding you,
Creating a protective and loving space for your meditation.
And as this light surrounds you,
Feel a sense of peace and calm washing over your entire being.
And allow your muscles to relax,
Bringing your awareness to the base of your spine,
Your root chakra.
And as you visualize the base of your spine,
See a vibrant,
Glowing red energy center spinning at the base of your spine.
This first chakra is the foundation of your physical existence.
Take another deep breath,
And as you inhale,
You're going to be squeezing your perineal area.
And this is the area that,
If you don't know where it is,
It's like as though you need to go to the bathroom and you're holding it in.
You're just going to be squeezing those muscles in,
Your pelvic floor muscles.
So as you breathe in,
Gently squeeze the muscles in your pelvic floor,
Activating and engaging the energy in your root chakra.
And hold that squeeze with your inhale.
And feel the energy rising and flowing upward,
Nourishing and supporting your entire being.
You're just going to hold this engagement for a few seconds,
And then gently release.
And you're going to do that one more time.
Take a deep inhale,
And as you breathe in,
Gently squeeze the perineal muscles,
The muscles in your pelvic floor.
Hold that for the inhale for a few seconds,
And then gently release.
And now you're going to shift your focus to the sacral chakra,
Which is located in your lower abdomen.
And as you move your focus to that area,
Just imagine a brilliant orange energy center spinning just below your navel,
About the size of an orange.
And on your next breath,
You're going to be squeezing the muscles in your pelvic area,
And together with that in your lower abdomen,
Activating and energizing the sacral chakra.
So take a deep breath in,
And just squeeze both sets of muscles.
Hold that as you feel the warmth and vitality expanding within you.
Hold that engagement for a few seconds,
And then just release gently.
And let's do that once again.
On your next breath,
Squeezing the muscles in your pelvic area and your lower abdomen at the same time.
Holding that for a few seconds,
And then releasing.
And now I'm going to ask you to move your attention to the solar plexus chakra,
Which is located in the upper abdomen,
Just below your ribcage.
And there,
You'll be visualizing a radiant yellow energy center spinning in that solar plexus chakra.
And on your next breath,
You're going to be squeezing the muscles in your pelvic floor and in your lower abdomen,
And also in your upper abdomen,
Stimulating and awakening the solar plexus chakra.
So squeeze all three areas at once,
Feeling a sense of personal power and confidence growing within you.
You'll be holding that engagement for a few seconds,
And then gently release.
And once again,
Visualizing the yellow energy center spinning in the sacral,
The solar plexus chakra.
You'll be squeezing the first chakra,
The perineal floor,
And your sacral chakra,
And your solar plexus chakra.
You'll be squeezing the muscles in those three energy centers all at once,
Hold that for a few seconds,
And then release.
And now,
Gently bring your attention to the center of your head,
Where your pineal gland resides.
And as you continue to breathe deeply,
Imagine a gentle,
Warm glow emanating from this area.
Sense the energy of your pineal gland awakening and expanding,
Like a flower slowly opening its petals.
And with each breath that you take,
You'll be envisioning the light within your pineal gland growing brighter and more vibrant.
Feel a sense of deep connection to the universal field of consciousness.
Know that you're tapping into a limitless source of wisdom and insight.
And as you see your pineal gland continuing to radiate light,
Allow it to also connect with the higher realms of existence,
Reaching out to the cosmic intelligence that surrounds you.
And continuing to breathe deeply and evenly,
Feel a deep resonance within your being,
As if you are harmonizing with the rhythms of the universe.
And next,
Imagine a beam of golden light descending from above,
Gently touching the surface of your head.
And as this golden light enters your head and enters your pineal gland,
Allow it to send a surge of energy and clarity flowing through your entire body.
Allow the light to activate and recalibrate your pineal gland aligning it with its highest potential.
Sense your awareness expanding beyond the boundaries of your physical body,
Merging with the infinite expanse of the cosmos.
Feel the wisdom and guidance of the universe flowing into your consciousness,
Filling you with a deep sense of knowing and understanding.
And now take a moment to set your intention What is it that you wish to cultivate and explore with this expanded awareness?
Allow your intention to settle and resonate within you,
Knowing that your pineal gland will be your powerful ally on your journey.
Take a deep breath in and slowly exhale.
And as you feel ready,
Gently wiggle your fingers and your toes.
Begin to bring awareness back to your physical body.
Take your palms and rub them together,
Generating heat between your palms.
And when your palms feel warm,
Cup your hands gently over your eyes and then gently open your eyes,
Taking a moment to ground yourself in the present moment.
Remember that you can revisit this meditation whenever you wish to reconnect with the power of your pineal gland and deepen your spiritual connection.
