Welcome.

Take this moment to find a comfortable position,

Either sitting or lying down.

Gently close your eyes and begin to arrive here in this sacred space you've created for your healing.

Now take a deep,

Slow breath in through your nose,

Hold it for a moment,

And exhale slowly through your mouth.

Let's do that again.

Again,

Inhale deeply,

Hold,

And release.

And with every breath,

Allow yourself to settle a little more deeply into this moment.

There's nothing to do,

Nowhere to go,

No one to see.

Just this,

This moment,

Just you and the loving presence that surrounds you.

Take another deep,

Slow breath and bring your awareness to your body,

Just noticing if there's any tension,

Tightness,

Or pain.

No need to change anything.

Just observe and let your breath gently move through those places like a soothing wave.

Bring softness to your forehead,

Your jaw,

Your neck,

Your shoulders,

And breathe deeply into your heart space.

Letting go just a little bit more with each breath.

Know that you are safe.

You are held.

You are not alone.

And as you rest here,

Bring to your awareness any pain,

Grief,

Heaviness,

Or dense energy that you may be feeling.

You don't need to push it away,

Shut it down,

Or ignore it.

Just let it rise gently like mist lifting from the earth and silently say these words to yourself.

I acknowledge this pain.

I honor the journey I'm on.

I allow myself to feel,

To grieve,

And to heal.

This pain is not a sign of weakness,

Rather it is evidence that you loved,

You risked,

You allowed,

That your heart has depth and courage.

And now in this moment,

You are surrounded by the infinite compassion of Source.

You do not carry this alone.

And again,

Taking a deep,

Slow breath.

Imagine now a gentle,

Radiant light above your head.

The light of Source,

Of divine love,

The energy of creation itself.

And allow this light to begin to pour slowly down over you like warm golden honey.

Just feel this light,

This warm light slowly pouring down over your head,

Your face,

Your shoulders,

Down your chest,

Your arms,

Your legs,

All the way down to your toes.

This is the love that never leaves,

The presence that never abandons.

This is your eternal connection to Spirit,

To Source,

To the deepest part of you.

Feel this light wrapping around your heart,

Filling you up.

Allow it to soothe any cracks,

Any raw places.

Let it be a balm to the sorrow.

Allow it to whisper to you,

You are not broken,

You are becoming.

You are not alone,

You are always held.

You are not lost,

You are on your sacred path.

And just breathe that in deeply and slowly.

Now,

Bring your attention to your heart center and imagine a small flame glowing there.

It's steady,

Warm,

And alive.

This flame is your soul,

Your inner wisdom,

Your unbreakable Spirit.

Even in the midst of pain,

This flame never goes out.

Even during times of uncertainty,

It still shines.

And with each breath that you take,

Let this flame grow a little bit brighter,

Allowing it to fill your chest,

Your body,

The space around you,

And the entire room.

This is peace.

This is presence.

It is you.

And taking another deep,

Slow breath,

Say silently to yourself or out loud,

I trust that I am being guided.

I open to healing,

Even if I don't know what it looks like yet.

I am connected to something greater,

Stronger,

Deeper,

And more powerful than my pain.

And take another deep breath,

Beginning to bring your awareness back to the room,

Becoming aware of the surface beneath you,

The space around you,

Gently wiggling your fingers and your toes.

Remember,

Your healing is not linear.

It is not necessarily fast,

Nor is it a race.

But it is happening,

Even now,

In this moment,

Even in this breath.

Take one final deep breath in,

Hold for a moment,

And slowly release.

Carry this light with you,

Knowing you are loved,

You are guided,

You are never alone.

And when you're ready,

Gently open your eyes.
