Take a deep breath in,
Deep,
Deep breath into your nose,
And exhale through your mouth,
And again just relax.
Quiet your thoughts,
Quiet your mind,
Let go of all the tension in your body,
In your neck and your shoulders,
Your arms and your hands.
This time is for you,
So just quiet down,
Just relax.
And again take a deep breath in,
Deep,
Deep breath into your nose,
And exhale through your mouth,
And relax some more.
Quiet your thoughts,
Quiet your mind,
Just relax.
And one last time,
Take a deep breath in,
And exhale,
And focus on your heart center,
And say from there,
Quietly inside yourself or out loud.
I ask and intend to create a sacred space.
I ask to let go of all distracting thoughts,
Information and energies,
And I ask to raise my vibration to a thousand hertz.
I now ask to fill my sacred space only with the energy of Source,
My Divine Parent,
And with the energy of my own Higher Self,
My True Essence,
So that I am in this sacred communion and I can do this deep cellular reprogramming effortlessly,
Effortlessly and joyfully,
From this place of deep communion with my entire consciousness.
I also ask and intend to clearly discern my human and my divine DNA,
And to master my own physicality,
So that I can discern my True Divine Essence from my human aspect.
And I ask and intend to change the frequency of my human DNA,
So that my human and my divine DNA become integrated,
Whole and fulfilled,
So that I can separate the two entities of me in a comfortable,
Seamless manner,
The human me and the divine me.
And I ask to gravitate more to the higher frequencies so easily and effortlessly,
Trusting and knowing that those frequencies will keep me moving forward and keep me aligned on my path of awakening.
This process will move me forward in a seamless,
Effortless manner,
And I will be guided to shift from one state of being,
The human state,
To my divine state,
So easily.
And therefore,
I also ask to shed my human aspect as needed,
When needed,
So effortlessly and comfortably.
And I ask and intend,
Finally,
To continue my spiritual awakening effortlessly as well,
With clarity,
And always,
And only,
In alignment with who I really am.
And so it is.
Take a deep breath in,
And as I exhale,
I expand out,
360 degrees,
And I imagine that I am sitting in my sphere of light.
It is 10 to 12 feet in diameter,
And it is filled with a white and yellow light.
This energy,
This sphere,
Is my own private,
Sacred space.
Nothing else can penetrate this sacred space,
Other than my own higher consciousness,
My own spirit self,
And the energy of my Creator.
Take a deep breath in,
And as I exhale,
I focus on my heart center again,
And I set again my own personal intent,
How I wish to fully master my own physicality,
And to discern clearly my divinity.
So for example,
I focus on my heart,
And I say,
I am now asking,
Intending,
And choosing to separate the two identities that I have,
Only for the purpose of discernment and clarity,
So that I may master the human physical aspect of my being,
And continue my powerful ascension to the higher frequencies,
To the higher realms.
I am choosing this clarity for myself now,
At this juncture in my human journey.
I am choosing to fully discern who I really am,
And recalibrate my physical being to who I really am,
So that I may ascend,
Transcend to the higher frequencies,
And merge,
And fully,
Fully merge with who I really am.
And so it is.
And I imagine that I am speaking these words in the presence of my own Creator.
No one else is here with me,
Other than my own Creator.
No one else is here,
Other than me and my own Maker.
And it is as if I were making a pledge,
That at this juncture in my human journey,
I am now choosing this clarity,
This discernment,
This mastery.
And therefore,
I now tell my Creator what I really,
Really,
Really want.
So from my heart,
I tell Him,
I now really,
Really want to be who I really am.
I want to bring my own true divine essence through,
Through this physical body here on the earth.
I want to be and bring my Creator's energy,
Your energy,
Here on the planet,
Through every cell of my physical being.
I want to remember who I really am.
I want to remember that I am a divine being in human form,
And live my human life only from this place of perception,
Every moment of the day,
As of now,
As of today.
And so it is.
Take a deep breath in.
And as I exhale,
I now feel this energy of Source,
The energy and the love of my Creator,
In the form of white and yellow light all around me.
It is like my Creator is putting a blanket around me,
A blanket of love,
Of support,
Of presence.
And this energy,
This white and yellow light,
Is filling me now.
It is entering every cell of my body.
My skin is absorbing this light.
Every cell in my skin is absorbing this energy,
Pure unconditional love,
White and yellow light.
And from my skin it seeps through,
Through all the layers of my skin to the connective tissue,
To the muscles,
The organs and my bones.
Every cell in my entire body is being filled with this energy.
This energy is calming me down.
Calming,
Reassuring every cell.
All is well.
This energy is bringing in my original frequency and vibration and is restoring the divine DNA within this physical body,
Within my physical body.
And I allow this energy to simply do its work and to raise my vibration,
Easily,
Effortlessly,
Comfortably.
Take a deep breath in,
And as you exhale,
Allow in more Source energy.
It is an infinite flow of unconditional love,
For you,
For the divine you and for the human you.
And then say from your heart one more time,
This is who I really am.
This is the energy of who I really am.
My true divine essence and my connection to my Creator,
To Source,
From whom I came forth and to whom I'm deeply connected in every moment.
This is the divine me and the human me,
Becoming fully integrated,
While I can still discern the two.
This is me,
The whole me.
And so it is.
