Take a deep breath in,
Deep,
Deep breath into your nose and exhale through your mouth and just relax.
Relax your face,
Your neck,
Your shoulders,
Your arms and your hands.
And again Take a deep breath in and exhale through your mouth and relax some more.
Soften your eyes,
Your lips and your gaze.
Relax all the muscles in your face some more and quiet down.
Feel the stillness within your mind and then take it down through your throat into your heart.
And breathe deep within your belly while you speak from your heart and say I ask and intend to create a sacred space.
I ask and intend to keep away all distracting thoughts,
Energies and mind chatter.
I now ask to align my energy field,
My mind channels with the frequency of Source at the center of the universe.
This is the energy of truth,
The energy of unconditional love,
The energy of our Divine Creator.
And I now ask to remember more of who I really am,
Where I came from,
What I am made of,
Beyond this human form I am in right now.
And I now ask to let go of any doubts,
Fears,
Confusion about whether this is true or not.
Whether I am seeing,
Feeling,
Sensing,
Perceiving this information in the right way.
I ask to feel,
See,
Sense,
Know and experience the truth for myself,
About my own being and about who I really am.
I ask to open up to this information and to trust.
And so it is.
Take a deep breath in and as I exhale I now just imagine that I am at the center of the universe.
I just imagine that I am standing at this center that is filled with light.
This is a massive,
Massive pure light.
This light is pure,
Pure energy.
Untainted,
Untouched.
And the essence of this light is unconditional love.
It is absolutely pure.
I just imagine that I am made of this light.
That every aspect,
Every molecule,
Every tiny,
Tiny cell of my being is made of this pure light.
This light at the center of the universe is also the energy of Creator.
I cannot see or feel or sense a difference between my essence and the essence of Creator.
It is one and the same.
I am made with this same energy.
And I now ask to remember.
I ask my physical brain to create an imprint.
A remembrance of this merging with the energy of Source.
Being one.
Being made of the same fabric.
Being the extension.
Being so connected.
Take a deep breath in and as I exhale I just visualize that I am traveling through space.
Bringing with me the energy of my true essence.
My true essence which is the same.
The exact same essence as Creator.
And I just imagine that I am now traveling towards this galaxy.
The Milky Way.
Somehow I find my way in this galaxy.
While I am still the same.
Pure,
Clear,
Clean essence of Creator.
And I just imagine that I am now in the middle of this galaxy.
Take a deep breath in and as I exhale I imagine that I continue traveling through space.
Towards our planetary system.
And I land somewhere above the earth.
Still carrying.
Still being this same essence and light that began at Source.
Nothing has changed.
It is all still the same.
It is all one and the same.
I am this fabric.
No matter what.
This is what I am made of.
And I visualize this fabric,
This energy,
To be a ball of light.
This ball is who I really am.
This pure divine essence is who I really am.
And I now bring that essence,
That ball of light,
Through the earth plane.
I bring it above my building where I am right now.
It is hovering above me.
Take a deep breath in and as I exhale I visualize,
I know,
I feel,
This is who I really am.
This is the same essence that began at Source.
And it is now here with me.
Hovering above me.
And again,
Take a deep breath in and as I exhale I bring this ball of light from the ceiling down,
Slowly,
Slowly,
Through my head,
My neck,
My throat,
My shoulders,
My body,
My thighs,
My legs,
My feet.
And I feel it.
I am now sitting in it.
I am sitting in this sphere of light.
This is my true original essence that began at Source.
And I emerged with it.
Right here.
In this physical space.
It is who I really am.
I am one and the same.
And I allow myself to feel merged with that consciousness.
And I sink into it.
I relax.
Even more.
As I take a deep breath in again.
And as I exhale I expand out a little bit more.
And I merge completely with that aspect of my being.
And I ask to experience right now,
Right here,
This same divine light.
Just as it was at Source,
It is now here with me.
Fully integrated.
Fully merged with my human energy field.
I now only focus on my true essence.
On this new energy field that is around me.
Within me.
I allow myself to feel it.
Deeply.
I allow myself to be it.
I allow myself to be merged with it.
And from my heart I say,
This is who I really am.
Pure divine consciousness from Source.
I saw.
I knew.
I know and I can feel.
This is who I really am.
True divine essence.
Take a deep breath in.
And as I exhale I continue to merge with that aspect of my being.
And as I go to my heart center I say,
I now ask and intend to begin to live my human life from that aspect of my being.
My true divine essence.
Who I really am.
A pure divine consciousness.
Fully integrated.
Merged with my material human being.
And I ask now to realize my full potential.
In my creativity.
In my work.
In my daily life.
In my entire human experience.
Always.
From this perspective of who I really am.
And I now choose to bypass.
To ignore.
The aspect of my consciousness that is focused only on material reality.
And I now command to create from the higher aspect of my consciousness.
From that aspect.
Who I really am.
And so it is.
Take a deep breath in.
And as I exhale I go to my heart center.
And I imagine that there are two beams of light.
One is vertical and one is horizontal.
And they meet at the center of my heart.
This configuration of light allows me to reprogram my energetic body.
So that the information I retrieve from my guidance system comes directly from that aspect of my consciousness that is really me.
As of now.
I will bypass my human mind.
And I will only tune into.
Tap into.
That higher aspect of my being.
Take a deep breath in.
And as I exhale.
I go to my heart center.
And I begin to create the new reality.
The expression that I want.
In my entire life.
In my career.
In my work.
In my creativity.
And I only want this expression from this new higher perspective.
From my heart.
I state my intent very clearly as I say.
I ask an intent to manifest fully.
My energetic work first.
And I ask to become aware and experience my energetic work.
Who I really am.
In terms of divine order and creation.
How does my energetic work fit in the creation of this universe?
I am now choosing to understand and experience my true energetic work.
Which is who I really am.
Take a deep breath in.
And as I exhale.
I say.
I ask an intent to truly manifest and express who I really am.
In my work.
In my daily life.
As of today.
As of now.
And so it is.
Take a deep breath in.
And as I exhale.
I keep focusing on my heart as I say.
I ask an intent to believe that I am an instrument.
A vehicle of source energy.
The divine flow comes through me.
Every moment of the day.
I choose to believe that this divine flow is the expression of creator through me.
I choose to believe that as of today.
As of now.
I will manifest my higher energetic work aligned with who I really am.
And that that higher energetic work will also translate into my physical expression.
And in everything I think,
Say,
Do,
Experience and express.
And everything will be aligned with who I really am.
It cannot be otherwise any longer.
Anything else will not enter my experience.
And so it is.
Take a deep breath in.
And as I exhale.
I now choose to surrender.
I now choose to let go of my need to control my need to know everything.
To have everything on a human schedule.
I ask,
I intend and I choose to trust.
To have faith.
To surrender to my higher consciousness.
To the aspect of my being that is really me.
To who I really am.
And I now ask to allow the divine flow to come through me.
And express itself in a brand new way.
And so it is.
Take a deep breath in.
And as I exhale.
I expand out.
A little bit more.
One more time in this sphere of light.
I allow myself to bathe in this light.
While I keep saying.
This is who I really am.
Pure divine essence.
I saw it.
I felt it.
I know it.
I can feel it.
I brought it from source.
This is truth.
I know it.
And I now accept it.
As of now I live it.
I am it.
I just am who I really am.
Every moment of the day.
As of today.
As of now.
And so it is.
