Take a deep breath in. Deep, Deep breath into your nose. And exhale through your mouth. And just relax. I am here now in communion with my divine creator and the cosmic forces of the universe for the purpose of manifesting my desires as follows. I ask in intent my spirit self and my master guides of the highest light and love energy to be present and offer me guidance now. I ask in intent that those energies and beings that are distracting or in conflict with my higher good and intent be banned from my experience now. I ask in intent to clear and focus my human mind so that it is perfectly aligned with my divine higher mind. I ask and intent that I create my human reality with clear focused thoughts that are aligned with my highest divine purpose. I ask and intent that my mental and creative abilities be restored and realigned now. I ask and intent to emanate and attract positive and uplifting energies so I may reflect my own joyful thoughts unto others. I ask and intent to be relieved from distracting and obsessive thoughts that hinder my mental well-being and block my creative abilities. I ask and intent to create pure and positive thoughts, Emotions, Actions and a material reality that is aligned with the energy of Source, My divine creator and my own higher consciousness. I ask and intent to ask only from what my heart truly desires. I ask and intent to believe that I can and will receive the best possible outcome. And I ask and intent to release all that blocks me and to trust the process. I ask and intent to always surround myself with the answer. And I am so grateful for the creative abilities that I have and for all that I have already created in my life. I am grateful that I am becoming more conscious of my true creative abilities and that I can share them with others. And I ask and intent to attract even more joyful and uplifting thoughts and experiences into my life and that of others. And so it is. Take a deep breath in and exhale.
