Standing on the warm sand,
Facing a vast but familiar ocean.
As the waves roll in,
The ocean pulls them back with a current that is magnetic.
Your brain feels physically lighter as excess thoughts and worries lift out of your head and off your shoulders,
Being called to the ocean for safekeeping.
You can trust that the ocean will take care of them and they will be available when you need them.
With your brain free of excess heavy thoughts,
You sit back on the warm sand and look up at the sky.
Wispy,
White,
Fluffy clouds float in,
Linger and then drift away.
As you lay here,
Notice how the air fills your lungs,
How it feels as if you are floating in the air.
As it enters and exits your body,
Feel the rise and fall of your chest with each breath.
You feel your body relax even further with every exhale.
Stay in this moment for a few more breaths,
Allowing yourself to fully let go and simply be.
You are here for the experience.
Everything is part of a larger pattern,
Coming together piece by piece.
The truth is,
It all makes sense,
Just not to us,
And it isn't meant to.

Feel the gentle warmth of the golden sun on your skin and the soft powdery sand beneath your feet.
The rhythmic melody of waves laps at the shore,
While the salty breeze lingers over your face,
Carrying with it the faint scents of the ocean.
Each breath you take is infused with the fresh,
Invigorating essence of the sea.
Amidst the warm sand,
You observe the vibrant colors of tiny shells and pebbles that line the shore.
You can return to this place any time you like,
And slowly you can feel that it is time to come back to the here and now.
