Begin by sitting comfortably,
Either on the floor with your back supported,
Or on a chair.
Hands resting comfortably on your legs,
Palms facing upwards,
Or you can move about if that is more comfortable.
Eyes closed or open,
There is no right or wrong way to do this.
Whatever works for you,
And take a deep cleansing breath in and out.
Now you are going to ground yourself.
In your mind,
Visualize tree roots coming out of the soles of your feet,
Growing down into the earth beneath you to connect with the core of the planet.
Feel that strong and empowered energy connection,
The support of the earth beneath you.
Give this feeling permission to flow up into your body,
Filling you with stability and strength.
You notice the crown chakra on the top of your head begin to open and receive white light from above.
This is pure,
Crystal,
Shimmering,
Healing energy.
See yourself surrounded in this amazing white light.
Feel its softness,
You may even feel a gentle buzzing in your skin cells as the light covers you from head to foot.
The white light extends out to cocoon your body in an egg shape.
See now that the protective egg is sealed off by a shield made of super thick bulletproof glass.
The shield surrounds the white light encircling your body,
Adding an extra layer of protection.
Once you've done that,
You'll notice that surrounding the bulletproof glass is a two way mirror.
This mirror allows you to see out and send energy,
But causes all negative energy headed towards you to bounce away.
And before any negativity can even get to this mirror,
A shimmering gold filter is wrapped right around you and it filters all negativity out.
Your energy field is now 100% protected.
When you are ready to return to the here and now,
