This is the final alchemical transformation where everything you have healed,
Released,
Refined,
And reclaimed settles into form.
This is the moment of embodiment,
When you get to become the gold that you have forged.

And feel yourself whole and holy here in your body and in your space.
Today's journey resumes back in the upper realm with our spirit guide.
I'm going to count backwards from five to one.
And as I do,
Allow yourself to become lighter.
So that you can lift higher and higher as your beautiful luminous soft and alive self.

Cast yourself out back into the sanctuary of your inner sky where your inner truth is clarified and your spirit is bright and unmistakable Look around and call out to your guide.
They sense you and arrive quicker today.
And as you gaze at them,
You see a knowing.
In their eyes that is ancient and tender.
A gesture towards your heart.
And that distilled essence from yesterday continues to glow brightly there.
You begin to feel it expand slowly and gently.
Glowing beautifully.
That light,
That essence begins to thicken and it turns into a golden substance.
Heavier.
Substantial.
As you breathe this golden substance moves through your ribs down your spine and into your belly.
Down into your root and your pelvis area.
Down both legs and out of your feet feeling your toes Bring your attention back up to your heart.
And it radiates upward through the top of your spine spilling down both arms and both fingers,
All those fingers.
Up through the crown of your head This is the moment when Spirit and Matter Unite.
When the inner light becomes your new embodied truth.
Your guide steps closer and places a hand over your heart.
And you feel your heart respond.
The liquid begins to settle into your bones becoming absorbed into the very essence of who you are The sky around you begins to shift.
The clouds begin to part.
When the air becomes warm.
Your guide motions above and you look up as a column of light begins to descend it pours into you like warm honey.
Extend light made tangible in the universe remembering your name The light moves through every layer of your being.
Your energy body.
Your emotional body.
Your physical body.
Binding them together in perfect harmony.
You take a deep breath in as you feel yourself becoming whole.
Complete.

Your guide watches with reverence as the golden light settles into your muscles,
Your breath,
Your posture.
Your presence.
You are no longer rising,
You are becoming.
The light gathers at your crown and it flows downward like a waterfall of radiance cascading over your entire being.
Your head glows brightly.
And then you're through.
Down into your heart.
Your belly.
Your pelvis.
Your legs and your feet.
Your guide brings over a mirror and holds it up in front of you.
And as you gaze at your body.
You notice this beautiful golden body.
The embodied expression of everything you have transformed.
Your guide steps forward and places a final blessing on your forehead.
At your third eye.
A seal of embodiment,
A mark of completion.
A reminder that you now carry your alchemy not as an idea or a wish but a lived embodied truth Thanks for watching!
You are the gold.
You are the union.
You are the one who has risen.
Allow this truth to settle into your bones.
Let it anchor into your breath so that it becomes the way that you walk through the world.
Your guide steps back.
Their presence remains warm and steady.
But the sky around you begins to soften.
You feel the golden radiance within you begin to ground itself rooting down.
Your guide motions towards the earth beneath you.
You are ready to return to the world.
Not as who you were.
But as who you have become.
The golden light gathers around your feet forming a pathway downward.
As you move down from the heavens back to the earth.
You notice that things are different.
They've transformed just as you have.
You land firmly back on the earth.
You take a step and then another as the light continues to carry you.
Land back in a field,
The same field that you entered after the cave,
But as you look around,
Everything is different.
For a moment you realize you are different.
As you stand here.
Embodied in your golden self,
Whole,
Clear,
Radiant and true.
Your views have changed.
Your essence has changed.
This is coagulation.
And completion.
The sacred embodiment of your becoming.
Your journey continues.
Not in the sky,
Not in the underworld,
But in your life.
Take a deep breath in and feel the gold you now carry coming back with you.
You wiggle your fingers and your toes and you gently open your eyes.
Taking a moment perhaps to pause here and write down anything that came up for you.
You have walked the full arc of alchemy.
The breaking,
Burning,
Dissolving.
And the rising,
Refining,
And finally the embodiment.
You have descended into the underworld and returned with wisdom.
You met your shadow and reclaimed your light.
You've risen to the upper realms and received the truth of your essence.
You a loud spirit to lead you into the clarity of who you are becoming and who you've always been.
And now you emerge as that full,
Complete,
Golden self.
But not because you forced it,
Not because you pretended.
But because you were willing to walk through every layer of yourself with honesty,
Courage.
And devotion.
This is your completion.
This is your return.
And this is your new beginning.
As you step forward from this moment may you carry your essence with you as a new way of being.
May your boundaries be clear.
Your intention be sharp.
And your intuition be magical.
May your heart be steady and your spirit unshakable.
And may you trust the wisdom you earned in the dark and the light you reclaimed in the sky.
