Sitting up with your shoulders back and down,
But relaxed,
Comfortable,
Supported.

Do your best to not be disturbed and allow yourself to experience this journey,
This activation,
And this healing meditation.
Releasing expectations and welcoming in Source and your higher self to guide you,
Shield you,
And protect you as we move through this meditation.
Begin by observing how you are right here,
Right now,
Without judging,
Allowing yourself to observe physically how is your body feeling?
Noticing any places of soreness or tension,
Anywhere that's really relaxed and at ease.
Noticing how your emotions are feeling,
Whether you're feeling emotional or whether you are feeling numb,
Whether you are excited and joyous and content,
Or whether you have anger,
Resentment,
Or sadness.
All feelings and emotions are welcome here.
Please give yourself the time and space to feel any emotions that arise throughout this meditation.
Asking yourself how you are spiritually,
Cosmically.
Maybe you feel you need to put up better protection in your energy field.
Maybe you're feeling grounded.
Whatever it is,
Releasing judgment and releasing trying to change or shift how you are feeling.
Knowing that all feelings and emotions are temporary,
So they will shift on their own and you do not need to force them to do so.
Begin to take a deep breath in through your nose and out through your mouth.
Holding at the top for just a moment before exhaling fully and completely.
Releasing away any tension and stagnant energy.
It might feel good to gently move your head from side to side.
Roll your shoulders back and just allow yourself to be here.
Taking another deep breath in just like that.
In through the nose,
Out through the mouth.
Holding at the top.
Feel free to let out noise as you exhale.
One more deep breath.
Exhaling through the mouth.
Making as much noise as you feel you need to.
And on your next deep breath,
If it is available to you,
Inhaling and exhaling through your nose.
Doing your best to exhale fully and completely longer than your inhale.
Taking another deep breath in through the nose.
Exhaling through the nose.
And gently closing your eyes if they are not already closed,
Or keeping a soft gaze if that feels safer.
On your next breath,
Begin to imagine,
Sense,
Know,
Or trust there is a bright white light glittering from the inside of your heart center,
From your soul.
Feeling this bright light expanding with each breath you take until it completely envelops and circles your auric field and your energy centers.
Feeling into this light,
Trusting that you are safe here.
If you are open,
I will begin channeling some Reiki energy healing.
If you do not wish to receive it,
All you have to do is say no or no thank you.
And continue to focus on the light within your soul and breathe.
If you do wish to receive this healing in addition to the activating meditation,
Say yes in your heart,
In your mind,
Or out loud.
And feel free to set any intentions of where you would like the Reiki healing to go.
Whether it's physical,
Mental,
Emotional,
Or spiritual intentions,
Any and all intentions are welcome for the present moment,
Healing past wounds,
And even to send healing towards any future endeavors.
Begin to sense,
Feel,
Know,
Or trust there is a bright orb of light right in front of you.
Notice if there are any colors to this light,
Or if it is another bright white light,
Almost like the one from inside of your heart.
You trust and you know that this orb of light is safe,
Is loving,
And is healing.
And it welcomes you to stand in front of it,
Using your imagination and your mind's eye.
Trust that you will return to your body on this physical earth plane at the end of this meditation.
But for now,
Allow your spiritual body to rise from where you are seated.
And come face to face with this orb.
You might feel there's some energy coming out of it that's warm or cold,
Maybe like a gentle breeze.
You take another deep breath,
Inhaling and exhaling through your nose.
And you decide to merge with this orb of light and enter into it.
And as you do so,
You discover that it is a portal into a magical space in nature.
Notice the environment that you are in,
Whether there are trees or plants,
Whether you're in a desert,
On the sea,
Or in a lake,
On a mountain.
Maybe you've entered into space and you are surrounded by thousands and thousands of stars.
Wherever this orb has brought you,
Or maybe you're just in the light,
Trust that it is where you need to be for now,
For this healing activation.
Begin to explore the environment that you are in,
Noticing what you can see or hear,
Feel,
Understand.
And if you become overwhelmed or frustrated with trying to imagine the space,
Simply return to your breath and focus on that light in your heart center.
You begin to notice there is another energy in this space with you.
It is a loving,
Familiar energy.
Maybe it's showing up as an animal guide,
Or maybe another being of light.
Maybe you just trust and know that this being is there,
But you don't actually feel or sense them near you.
Take a moment to connect with this energy,
Being open to receiving any messages or healing without anticipating or having specific expectations.
Just being here now.
I will guide you back when it is time.
Having gratitude for anything that came through,
Any energies,
Messages,
Healing.
Saying thank you to this being,
This light,
That has joined you in the orb.
Knowing that you can come back here at any time.
If you'd like to stay here for longer,
Please feel free to do so.
But when you're ready,
Thanking this being that joined you,
And having gratitude for the environment that you are in.
And turning around to see that same orb of light,
This portal that you had entered.
And on your own time,
Stepping back through this portal,
Arriving back into the space that your physical body is in.
Having a moment of gratitude for all your physical body does for you each and every day,
Regardless if you are at your peak health,
Or if you've been sick,
Tired,
Burnt out.
Giving yourself grace and kindness,
Compassion and love for where you are and how you are feeling today,
Right here,
Right now.
When you feel ready,
Moving your spiritual body back into the position that your physical body is in.
On your own time,
Taking a gentle breath,
Gently coming back into your body.
Taking a deep breath in through the nose,
Holding at the top before exhaling back through your nose.
Coming back into your body,
Back into the space that you are in,
Taking as much time as you need,
Continuing to breathe deeply and fully,
Feeling the sensation of your weight on whatever you are sitting on,
Or laying down on.
Feeling the air or any fabric touching your skin.
Maybe adding gentle movement to your hands before placing your hands over your heart.
Having a moment of gratitude for the light that came through,
And taking a deep breath in here,
And exhaling out of your mouth.
Feeling the sensation of your chest rising and falling with each breath.
Feeling the sensation of your diaphragm and your stomach and your lungs expanding with air as you inhale.
And feeling the sensation as you exhale.
It might feel good to gently move your neck from side to side,
Rubbing your hands together in a prayer position before gently placing them over your eyes.
And when you feel ready,
Gently and slowly blinking your eyes open with a smile.
Noticing the space around you,
What you can see,
If you can hear or taste or smell anything,
What you can touch around you.
Noticing the colors,
The temperature.
And taking another deep breath and exhaling out on a sigh,
Trusting that you experienced exactly what you needed to hear in this activation,
In this meditation.
Knowing that you can visit that orb and that environment at any time,
Whether you return to this meditation or whether you just invite the orb to be with you.
Taking as much time as you need to come back into the present here and now,
Being kind and gentle with yourself,
And making sure to drink lots of water or hydrating teas or beverages like electrolytes or vitamin drinks,
Something that is hydrating and nourishing to your vessel to help integrate this energy.
