Hi,
I just want to show you how to tap.
Where are the points?
Because it's something I see people tapping.
Very random places and there are specific places these are proven to That's why they whip.
So we have the side of the hand and we always do a setup statement which is.

Acknowledging honestly how we feel,
Whether it's physical,
Emotional or both.
And then the acceptance.
And by doing this.
.
.
That lets our nervous system relax and start to let go a little before we even get going.
So that would look like,
Even though I'm feeling all of this pain in my leg,
Or it might be even though.
.
.
I feel really stressed.
I'm open to accepting myself anyway.
So we do that three times,
That setup statement,
And it can be either hand,
Doesn't matter.
Then we move to the eyebrow,
And this is just where the eyebrow begins.
Tapping gently there,
Either one hand or both.
Side of the eye.
And all of these points are the orbital bone that comes around here.
Then under the eye,
Right in the middle,
Gently on the edge of that bone.
Next one is.

Under the nose.
Under the mouth,
Right on the crease.
Collarbone,
Is actually down and out,
So come to your collarbone.
Come down a little and out a little,
And there's kind of a hollow.
You'll know when you find it.
It feels quite soothing,
Just tap in there.
Then under the arm was about a hand's width down,
Where a woman's bra strap sits generally.
And you can tap like this.
One hand or both.
Top of the head,
Right in the middle,
Just right on the top,
And you can just tap around a little gently.
That's the point.
Even if you didn't say any words,
If you simply tap and breathe on those points,
While being present with what you're feeling,
Allowing yourself to feel it.
That will start to calm you down.
